If you have anyone in the military and you want to send them a deployment box don’t ups have lost boxes of mine to my navy fiancé and can’t find it and aren’t much help and neither is there phone line can’t get any help lost a $150 worth of foods clothing a personal photo book and other things don’t us ups

Paid for 2nd day air shipping for a product that made it to this location on Saturday the technical 2nd day of shipping. Well it was received at 6:30am at their hub but never went out for delivery and couldn't pick it up because they are closed on Saturday. Have always had great experience with UPS but I was let down this time.

Hours say 9am to 11am and 2pm to 6pm. Went there Monday Oct31, 2023 at 4pm to ship package. Place was closed. Went there again Tuesday Nov.1, 2023 at 2pm it was closed. Waited until 2:30pm and it still didn't open. Knocked on door and woman said try later they may not open.This is at UPS location in Milan, Ohio.

Super customer service! The guys helped me overnight a box of frozen perch to a friend in FT Meyers, FL. Sure enough on time & still frozen! The technician that helped me was incredibly helpful & an awesome man! His coworker was equally awesome! I'll never ship from anywhere else!
