“I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Called them to rent a scooter VERY last minute for my dad. It was 4:40p.m. on a Friday and they close at 5p.m. I asked the lady if I could process my card over the phone and if she’d wait for me, as my ETA was 5:01. Not only was she accommodating, she was very patient and friendly! When I arrived, they gave me the full rundown on how to work it and helped me load it into my van. As if couldn’t get better, their prices are absolutely wonderful! The only potential issue I could see anyone having is the hours of operation, as you can’t return your rental until Monday, since they’re closed Saturday and Sunday. We don’t leave on Sundays though, so it worked out well for us! Thank you guys soooo much! You’ll have return customers in us!”
