Great customer service , travis and garrett is friendly to all , ive had them work on multiple of my vehicles and ive had zero issues with their work , ive recommend wildcat to family and friends and they also was satisfied with the work , service and honesty , if i could give a 10 star rating i would. Great work guys .

I use Wildcat for all my business vehicles. They keep them running in tiptop shape. I keep my vehicles meticulously clean and Travis makes sure to not leave any mess or grease on anything. Would have to say best shop definitely in the area.

Travis and Garret do great work and make sure it is done in a timely manner. This is the nicest well kept shop I have seen. Very clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring a vehicle here for anything from oil changes to major work they do it all.

Wildcat Auto Care? More like Wild Goose Chase Auto—this place is a joke! Walking in felt like stepping into a dusty, cash-only speakeasy from the 1920s. The only thing thicker than the grime on the floor was the cloud of mystery surrounding where all that ‘cash only’ money goes. And don’t get me started on the woman behind the counter—if the attitude doesn’t get you, the plastic might! She’s as fake as the service here. They turned a simple oil change into a wild goose chase of bogus reasons to refuse service because of their “personal reasons”. If you’re into sketchy vibes and being taken for a ride, by all means, give this place a visit. Otherwise, keep your cash and your car far, far away.

They are taken great care of my car. I feel like they listen to me when I describe what is going on with my vehicle and give me options on what is most important and what things could wait. Never any pressure and feel informed before I commit to repairs.
No complaints on quality or cost of repairs done.

Great experience every time coming to Wildcat Auto Shop, have had 3 different muscle cars now worked on at the shop and all times problems were fixed. Easy to work with got my car back quick. It’s nice to know a shop that will install upgraded parts.

Terrible customer service, I don’t know who answered the phone, but the guy on the line sounded very sarcastic. First I asked if they did alignments, the guy on the line said “uhh yeahhh?” like in a belittling manner. Told him I needed an alignment, he asked me why I thought I needed one (in a very demeaning manner) so I explained to him why, goes to say “no your car doesn’t need an alignment, that’s probably some other problem causing it, just because it shakes doesn’t mean it needs it”. Then he asked me if I had worked on it, told him I had just got the rotors replaced and brakes fixed but the shaking and leaning to one side won’t go away, then he CUTS my talking and says yeah I don’t see how it needs an alignment. I didn’t know what else to say now because the way he was talking to me seemed like he didn’t want to help me, so I just asked do y’all have appointments for today? he said “no but you can bring it on Thursday at 8 am and we can take a look at it to see what’s wrong, it’s gonna be $69 just to see what’s happening, do you want to bring it in?” I said no thank you, so he goes on to say “oh so you thought we did free estimates, yeah we don’t do that here”. I don’t know much about cars, but there’s always a right way to explain things to people and this was just disrespectful in my opinion.

Towed my mom’s car to Wildcat. Just needed a brake line replaced. My husband had already removed one side of the brake line and spent $8 for a replacement. All wildcat needed to do was unscrew and add the other one on. They promised to call with an estimate first. Instead they did the work without an estimate and charged us. Took them 3 days to get to it. My mom then went to get her tire plugged and was talking to a customer waiting with her. He said “wildcat is awful we never take our cars there”. Lesson learned and would not recommend.

My father took my mother‘s car here had a valve cover gasket, replaced and got it back with the crank case leaking. When we know for sure it wasn’t leaking before they did this work. Travis doesn’t want to hear anybody out. Did they do the valve cover, correct yes to the best of my they did but the guy did not want to hear my father out about how it was not leaking from the current case before which was very rude and inconsiderate. If you have major work that needs to be done, I highly suggest to take it somewhere else More professional!! And then had enough nerve to charge him 60 more dollars to tell him it was the crank case leaking very unprofessional!!

Travis is a great mechanic! Very knowledgeable and will get the work done fast and right! I have been taking my cars to him for 10+years now. Friendly staff and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

My family and I only go to wildcat auto! Does a great job, and gets the job done fast. They make a point to get to know you and make sure your taken care of! I just love Travis's wife, she is so sweet!

Great servive. Came in to change put brales and rotars a while back. It was done quick and at an decent price. Mechanic didn't try to force me into getting more than I wanted done. So many shops try to scare you into doing more than what you came in for but they don't do that here. I was told my struts will need to be fixed in the future and when I am ready to do it financially, bring it in and they will get it done for me.
