The Walton family must need another billion dollars! I never thought I'd see the day that Kroger would have cheaper prices than Walmart. However, I just saw that day. Everyone knows you don't go to Walmart for good customer service or high quality items. Most of the storm sells inferior items made in the country that produces the worst quality on the planet-China! I guess since price isn't competitive at Walmart I'll have to go back to Kroger. I will say that there are some bright shining stars like Suzette and Diane and a few others. I'd give them five stars, but this review is solely based on Walmart.

They barely had anything on stock that was needed, then just like most Walmarts they have barely one register open so from past experiences we gave been able to use self check out suspend the order and do the check at the little counter they have at self checkout. Well dude didn’t want to do it and instead had us take all our bagged groceries to a checkout lane that just opened to unbag it all and rebag it. On top of that he stood in front of the bagging area as he sent us away blocking our view so that we missed a bag of groceries we were getting. Now that we are home we are missing a few of the things we had went to get. Honestly not like it will matter since it’s Walmart but not going back to this one until they train the kids to be able to do the job fully they are hired for since we know it can be done and have never had an issue suspending the order and going to the self checkout counter they have to run the check and pay.

This store is clean, easy to navigate, and prices are very competitive. The staff overall could be a little friendlier, but Gio at the deli counter is awesome!!

Customer service host Sheryl treat us disrespectful and rude the whole time we were there. I really don’t want to go back to this walmart just because of her attitude.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help in directing you in finding what you need. A very clean store and very up to date with stocking their shelves with inventory.

So I purchased two tires online with my W+ membership and scheduled to have them put on my car. I arrived and everything was good, so I wandered about the store while they worked. I received a phone call shortly from the auto center asking me if I wanted the tires on the front or back. I said the front because the back ones were practically new. They then told me that it was Walmart policy to only install 4 tires on an AWD vehicle. So I said "So if I pulled in here with one flat, and bought a new tire you wouldn't mount, balance and put it on for me?" to this I got a blank stare showing just how ludicrous this policy is. I left with a full refund for the tires, but if you only want one to three tires, stay away from Walmart, they will upsale you into something that you don't want or need.

Walmart is Walmart....right? I mean none of us ever walk in there with high expectations. But this location is absolutely one of the fkn WORST. They NEVER answer phone calls. Doesn't matter what department you want, they don't answer. You can't make contact with them. You have to physically drive down there to make contact with anyone. Employees are beyond incompetent. We purchased a ring from them, and needed to get it resized. On the spot we worked with an employee to double check the ring size we'd need using their sizers. Employee was notified by us & agreed with us that we'd need a size 6. So we pay, and they send the ring off. 6 weeks later with no contact from the store, we decided to drive up there and see if it was back and ready. It was. But not as a 6. They had sized it up to a 7 1/2. We waited 6 weeks to get a ring that wasn't even right. They were vaguely apologetic & offered to send it off again, we refused and demanded an immediate refund. We won't ever be coming back to this location for any reason.
