Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received, I called, there was no greeting just an "can I help you" I asked for the deli, the employee stated "is there anything I can help you with" I responded that not unless they can assist with placing an order. The employee told me the deli is closed, I said ok what are their hours. The woman's response was telling me to call back tomorrow the store opens at 6. I again asked what are the deli's hours because online it says 9a-9p which I called around 7:45. The woman moved her phone away from her face and asked another person to "make this woman understand they are closed" A man came onto the phone and asked how he can help and I again asked what the deli's hours are so I can call back tomorrow. They told me 8a-8p. I'm not upset that the hours online were wrong, I'm upset that I have called for the same information all day and only spoke to people once and they were rude and minimally helpful.

It is your very standard Walmart. Has a Subway which is convenient for me. Not much more to say...I do not go for groceries so cannot offer an opinion on that side of the store.

I was coming back from the bathroom with my little brother who had a water bottle and left in in front of the bathroom so we don’t have to put it back and a worker saw us and just smile. Coming out of the bathroom there another worker who looked very rude and gave us a look, then the lady ask us if we need something and we said know then she said Well why are you guys coming out of the bathroom with a water bottle and was saying “are you sure you shouldn’t had came out of the bathroom with that. I told the lady that MY brother left it so we don’t bring it and the worker gave us a look while we were walking away.
It was like she accused us stealing.

Drove to the store because it said they had the product in stock when they in fact did not. What a waste of time. Kinda glad they didn't have it because I wasn't about to stand in a 20 minute line for 2 packs of seed. I'll spend my money with someone else

Good service most of the time, but clearly it's hard sometimes to find things, one' the shelf hasn't been stocked or it's just sitting in back not being stocked, other than that it's a good store people and personally I would recommend this location 👍

After taking our car there for oil change, it started leaking, which caused the serpentine belt to break off after several days of driving.

My level of disappointment with this place would constitute a zero star!
My wife had my card towed to their facility and expressed to the person working that the reason my car got towed is because my battery was dead, let me repeat She told them that my battery.
She then received a phone call stating that they could not get the car to turn on to pull it into the bay and she had to remind them that that was the reason it got towed there.
After that conversation she was informed that they had done something to the car in order to get it in the bay to work on the battery.
There was no communication about the car until the next day when we were told that it was "ready" but it really wasn't because the tie that holds the battery down was not where it should have been.
The customer service manager said that the piece that I needed wasn't on the battery when they got it but I know that's a lie because I called the car company that I got the battery worked on previously and thankfully the guy always documents his work and he said that all the pieces were there.
I would never bring my car to this place again and they should be very lucky I decided not to escalate the situation. I would encourage anybody, If you need an oil change please go somewhere else. Just spend the extra money because it is not worth it.
I get being short-staffed. I also get that people make mistakes, but the lack of concern and care for my vehicle and the disrespectful nature in which my wife was spoken to when she called is something that no one should have to put up with.
And if I can also add it makes zero sense for you to schedule people for automotive services and you know you are not going to be able to complete them in the time that you express to them. There was a gentleman when I was there that had been waiting for 2 hours to have his car serviced and it wasn't even worked on yet and no one said anything.
You cannot work in this type of environment and not have quality customer service.
