Update:
I hate coming here, employees are so slow and ridiculous. They think we care about what they have to say when all we care about is getting our package checked in asap. They have no sense of urgency despite how long the line gets.

Never had so much trouble trying to get my mail!!! Cant deliver it, and so many excuses at the office, I cant pick it up either !!!
Maybe needs a complete overhaul of new employees?

Very disappointed in this service! I mailed out a painting LOCALLY a month ago! Originally it was sent out through ups, who I called to fix the address on there. Instead they ended up forwarding it to this post office location? I called this location to tell them to fix the address. They did not follow my instructions and claimed that the package got sent back on 2/17. It is march 7th. I have NEVER received the package back as I am the sender and the address on that was correct! I was going to deliver this myself, and they refused to refund me!!! Very irresponsible!!!

Had to come to this location after Monroe’s rudely forced us out after waiting in a long line. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely nice and patient while dealing with a long line. This will be our new go to.

Had some important mail come in that needed to be signed off on. Not only do I have cameras but we were home that day. Whoever "attempted" the delivery did not even try to actually deliver the letter, but instead gave us a notice in the mailbox with the 'option' to redeliver or pickup from post office. After the site wouldn't allow me to schedule redelivery due to "incorrect address", I had to go out of my way to miss time at work and pick it up from the post office. The kind lady at the front desk informed me that the slip was not even addressed properly- which conveniently prevented the option for redelivery.

My letter was opened and the giftcard was taken. This is not the first time I’ve had something stolen either. I’ve also had packages lost in the mail once they get to this post office.

Jamie is rude to peoe on the phone y'all suck I am in the j Ross hunt tower on the 5 floor This has been the second day you all have left my package in the mailroom which we don't have access to. You all have been told to stop doing that and you can continue to do it. Also, you left a slip of paper in my mailbox to tell me it was in there but you can't deliver the package to help me and make sure that I get it safely. No y'all won't do your job correctly

I am not receiving important mail that I rely on! Been over a week! Also not received gift mail!!! Why!!!! A year ago I had issues, I called and made a service complaint. It’s was going okay but now we are back at not getting mail AGAIN!
