I moved from 1 location to another location mind u I did put in a change of address and it's been going on 2 years maybe longer and still have not received any mail I was waiting for some 2ws that never showed up now iam waiting for a id that's yet to show up

Update:
I hate coming here, employees are so slow and ridiculous. They think we care about what they have to say when all we care about is getting our package checked in asap. They have no sense of urgency despite how long the line gets.
