I’ve been banking here for 10 years or more, they have been wonderful to me , helping with me understanding how to do on line transactions, my credit score went from 520 to 736 less than 2 years with there suggestions and guidance , great place to bank

This bank holds my mortgage, not by my choice. The customer service is terrible! It's been 20mins sitting in line at the drive thru and 1 car has been served! Looking into refinancing my house so I can change banks. Hate this place!?

I do not recommend it, I have my family who are taking money from their account, and they simply say that they solved it and it continues to happen, they never fix anything.I feel responsible because I recommended it :/

Had to drive to three different cities today just to find a us bank atm because every branch I went too was messed up or like yours the parking lot taped off. I’ve driven clear to Middletown branch 3 times in past two weeks and every time atm is messed up and can not make a deposit. I’m seriously thinking about switching banks cause accessing a branch is terrible.

They need to get this branch under control and get rid of the management here .The atm either is down or out of money . Funny that the Springboro branch doesn’t have this issue . Poor management !!!

With covid being around for about 5 months now, you would think they would have a system down for better efficiency. Drive thru has long wait times, been to atm multiple times and doesn’t have money. 1-800 us bank says you should be able to go to different atm and fees waived if they don’t have funds but I called the branch and they said no. I’m thinking it’s time to look for different bank.

The female with a heavy accent feels entitled and especially through a pandemic, not the time for that. I have been paying rent to my landlords account for over a year with no problem, and now is when they want to tell me that I can't unless I'm on the account. I was explaining that I have been coming to this bank again FOR A YEAR, and have NEVER had a problem, but then since I was "being rude" she refused service to me. She's in the wrong line of work if you want to tell people they can or can not do what they want with their money and not expect them to question it. Plus her accent makes it to hard to understand her and she obviously has no patience. Don't work this job if you don't have patience to work ONE day out of the week. There was a gentleman who obviously has far better customer service skills, and was able to explain to me what was going on. Thank you to him, her on the other hand, should find another job.

I'm tired of using this bank. Many times I have had employees intentionally ignore me. Other times I have had quick friendly service.
