I have done business with Adam for about 17 years, he is honestly one of the best pawn brokers in Middletown! He is honest and true to his word, don’t try to rip you off, a very personable. If I could give zero I would. Refuses to answer the phone, refuses to look at product. Treats you as if he is better than you . Had no customer service skills whatsoever. Too good for you attitude. If you would like to be treated as though it is a privilege to go here by all means go, but if your a working person and like to be treated as though you are appreciated for giving someone your business then I would not go here because you will get treated poorly and looked down upon.Update, so I did not bring in tools one, second this response shows your professionalism. People will see with their own eyes that you treat your customers like the lowest of low. And you were open. We called before we came. We called while sitting outside. You will destroy your own business. Social media can work in your favor or in this case against you. So maybe next time be professional and ask , especially if your not sure, maybe apologize even if your right. Make the customer feel special. But no I did not bring tools in sir. You did not even give me a chance to show you what I was bringing in. Have a nice day. And enjoy the social media publicity you are going to receive shortly.

We had some issues with stuff but he helped us fix it. I had left a bad review and I wanted to fix it. He was very helpful with the whole situation and everything was fixed. I would recommend this place for anyone that needs a little help sometimes or anyone who wants to check out all the neat old toys, DVDs, laptops, TVs, tools, jewelry and just about everything in between.
