Sold a car for 10,000. Car repeatedly malfunctioned. They took car back for 2.5 months. Had to rent and borrowed family cars. "Magically" after we said we need car back, refund, or replacement the car was "fixed" Now they tell us we're just out of luck. Car estimates to repair don't make logical since to do considering the value of the car. (In my opinion Charlie isn't to be trusted. The owner either doesnt care or is out of the loop.) They took a single mom of two young kids money and she was left walking.

Very great service, and Charles is an amazing salesman to work with. When looking for a good quality used car, I would highly recommend here. There are many amazing vehicles to choose from!

Was pretty impressed with the way Charlie got me into the truck I wanted he remained professional the entire time explained everything to me very clearly and was just all around an honest and nice guy I will definitely buy more vehicles from town east auto.

Don't buy from here we got a car from there and they gave their word that they have the car fixed after two of their mechanics said it needed an engine they just it needed thicker oil plus it just needed drove more then they get pissed off because we called the warranty place and told them what was going on and since they gave us an IOU to get it fixed the warranty place block them from using the warranty so they sent it to a backyard mechanic witch some what fixed the problem till we had to get the oil changed then guess what the car still has the problem

I have never met such disrespectful men. I bought a car with an idling problem, and Charlie, and Dave said that would get it fixed, even wrote me an i owe you stating they would. They had it in an out of so many shops for a span of 4 months. 2 of those mechanics told them that it needed a new engine in it, and they didnt want listen to them, so they took it to even more mechanics. I bought the car in November and here it is almost August 9 MONTHS later and it is still not fixed! They told me its my car my problem, and that they dont have to fix it. So I would most definitely not recommend Towne East Auto!

I will never buy a car from this over price joke. They we’re adamant that a truck with 152,000 miles was worth $18,000 on their NADA, but when I spoke with another third-party that had no interest in the purchase of the vehicle they told me not to pay more than 14,500 for that vehicle. Do not fall for the lies and the deceit oh and do we mention the fact that when I told them that information from the third-party lender they laughed about it.

Charlie and Dave were both great. They helped me get the loan I needed to buy the vehicle I wanted, even with my less than perfect credit score. They were very kind and great to talk to while we went over the paperwork. The vehicles I looked at all were clean, and I'd recommend using this dealership.
