I’ve always had a positive experience with me and my daughter. We had a new NP in the past two weeks who acted like we were an inconvenience and who actually said something to me about switching pharmacies because now she had to send my meds to a new place?!?!? I haven’t switched pharmacies in years. I was told I had a cold. Ended up in the ER last night with an infection, flu like virus, and bronchitis. The NP misdiagnosed me. And the fuss about pharmacies, she didn’t even send anything in. Glad I went to the ER. I could barely breathe and was given breathing treatments, a Z pack, and cough suppressants. I will never be back to the little clinic again. I would give a zero if I could.

I went here thinking I was having another round of shingles on my left side and was hoping to get some antivirals. I was told it "definitely wasn't shingles" and that they were some sort of bug bites. I went home and by the end of the day the blotches started getting bigger and started spreading. Into the next early morning more blisters had started to emerge as well so I went out to the hospital and sure enough I had shingles again. This time I was diagnosed with disseminated shingles which can affect more than one dermatome. Apparently she had written it off as not shingles because it was not in one localized area. If she had taken a closer look she would have seen some of the patches already had small blisters. I would not recommend this is my second time using The Little Clinic and both times were not pleased with the services. The staff seemed nice I do have to say but don't seem to be that knowledgeable. Maybe they would be better if you had a simple cold or something?

I really want to give them 00 stars! I went to see them and found out I had real bad double ear infections and the gave me an antibiotic that didn't clear it up and when I called to tell them instead of just giving me another antibiotic they said I would have to be seen again for the same thing...DONT waste your time!!!

I'm surprised to see such poor reviews. I've been many times over the past few years and have never had a bad experience. Yes, I've been passed over when I'm not scheduled but that's how it works. Urgent care is a good option for more serious issues like possible breaks.

I went to Middletown Little Clinic, my prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy. When I stopped by the pharmacy not my scripts went threw. I called back to the Little Clinic. Even though there was only one person working, she sent my scripts through again, and later called the pharmacy to ensure I got all my prescriptions. Thank you for the excellent service!

My wife had a 9:20 appointment for her covid booster shot. It is now 10:04 and we are still waiting when we were here on time. They took a 9:00 appointment ahead of us that came here at 9:50, and a 10:00 appointment ahead of is as well.

I have been to the Little Clinic many times when I'm not able to get an appointment at my regular doctor's office. I visited for suspected bronchitis, which I tend to get every fall. I was very impressed on this visit by the time and attention of Nurse Practitioner Angelina Fiszlewicz gave me. She spent plenty of time listening to my concerns about my current illness and identifying appropriate medications based on my history. In previous years for the same issue, I've had other healthcare providers turn me away without meds (saying it's a virus - tough it out) or prescribe multiple courses of unnecessary antibiotics. I would highly recommend Ms. Fiszlewicz! However, be aware you should avoid the Kroger pharmacy at all costs! They are clearly understaffed and overworked right now, but they are totally inept. I spent over an hour waiting in lines over 3 separate visits within 24 hours, and still had to go to CVS for 1 of 4 meds!

If I could give this clinic zero stars I would! They do not care about their patients at all. Girl at the front is as rude as can be. She needs to find a new profession, what a disgrace!

STAY AWAY! I wish I could give a zero. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience and be treated rudely throughout your entire visit look no further! Oh and they misdiagnosed my 2 year Olds broke arm and told us to wait several days to see if it gets better. A good doctor or really anyone with the tiniest medical background would recommend an xray to know for sure and to be safe but instead I had to insist on getting one, then they were upset about that and wouldn't even tell me where I can go to get one. They just said well you have to call around. Seriously you work at a medical clinic and can't recommend a place to go. Then after finding out my daughters arm was broke they didn't even offer to splint it or give pain meds just said well there's nothing we can do.. zero advice or hint of even caring. Not even a little common sense advice like don't let her run or jump or play with other kids.. This place is a joke I'm not even sure its actually licensed

The personnel at the location were very rude to me. The appointment confirmation email said nothing about documentation I needed to bring with me to the appointment. Evidently, they will not see you if you do not have an ID and insurance card with you, even if you've been there before. They refused to see me, and told me I would have to reschedule. I use a walker and depend on someone else for transportation. It is very inconvenient for me to have to reschedule and find a ride.

Went off the address on there web site. It was incorrect. Called them telling them I'd be late do to the website. They said if your not here with in 5mins we will have to reschedule you. Got there 1 min after showed them the address listed on the web they said they would still have to reschedule me to the next day. Was professional but short with answers.

I got there 20 minutes early for an 11:30 appointment. The nurse came out and was very rude to me about being early. She said “Ma'am your appointment's not till 11:30!" her tone was one of agitation. I told her I've never been scolded for being to an appointment early. She told me I had to go wait in my car. I canceled my appointment. She didn't seem bothered about losing my business and she certainly wasn't apologetic. I had my right hand amputated and I'm not a natural lefty so I always get to appointments early to try to fill out paperwork. Also I was the only person there.
