This rating is on just the store. I was sent there by a service tech to get a replacement for my home. Wi-Fi gateway. Representative was very helpful professional and I was in and out in a short time.

Absolute 5 star customer experience with in store staff at this location (Brian and Krystina). Lowered rating due to T-Mobile corporate: pricing and plans much less competitive than what I found elsewhere. Have since switched carriers.

Got through a lengthy process of becoming a t mobile member. Was in urgent need of a phone, and this store had what wanted in stock. I got a promotion of free activation and was told to go in store to finish up. Walked in and told the clerk that info.She didn't look me up, didn't seem friendly, simply told me 'no we can't wave activation'. I was already burned out and fed up. So I'm writing this review with my new Verizon phone.... t mobile lost out on a family plan.

Slow paced store... meaning they take time with their customers, but the people waiting really have to WAIT. Took rep some time to locate our order, but once he did, he took excellent care of us. Have had problems with our phones and phone service. Trying replacements, but still, after a week, having trouble. Just trying to save money and afford phone service, but may have to leave T-Mobile because the service is not reliable

This store is by far the best one! It’s so clean , the service here is fast and efficient! Every time I come in I’m greeted which makes me feel very welcome! Everyone is always smiling and happy to be working ! I would drive the distance just to come to this location! Thank you guys for always being great and helping me figure out whatever my needs are ! 10/10 for this store

This store is very clean and all the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer any questions I have and make sure to take care of me in a timely manner. This is the best T-Mobile I’ve been to! I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and deals.

I've had to go in 3 time over the past few months and each time the staff has been truly helpful; I've genuinely enjoyed the interactions I've had with them.The manager, Krystina is incredibly charming and patient; I'm always happy to have her helping me with any issue I may have.

Stopped in about 3 on Sunday, was told they had a run on phones and were completely out. No displays, no stock, come back later. Store 1 block away had large selection, paid for new phone and bought some accessories.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I went in after speaking to a sprint customer number service representative and was offered a promotion for being a sprint customer for 12+ years and I was directed by the sales representative to go into any T-Mobile store since they have merged to be able to redeem the offer and order my new phone. I followed all orders as directed by the customer service representative however when I went into the store representative incorrectly migrated my account over to T-Mobile. This caused a huge issue for me the customer Because sprint can no longer apply the promotion to my account because I no longer was a sprint customer because of the incorrect migration. No one from the store has reached out to me to assist in anyway shape or form get this corrected. Terrible customer service no one at this location is readily available for assistance. I can attest that T-Mobile and Sprint are in fact not a merged company. T-Mobile is not willing to honor the sprint promotion that was given to me and the migration cannot be reversed. Beware

It has been a very disappointing experience with T-Mobile so far. During Thanksgiving 2021, I moved all my lines from Sprint to T-Mobile Magenta Max plan using a promotional offer to upgrade my current iPhones to iPhone 13 Pro. The promotional offer was to get $800 for each iPhone towards the purchase of new iPhone 13 Pros costing $999.99. So net payments on 4 devices was supposed to $200/each over 24 months. But the first billing did not reflect that and when I complained about it at the retail store as well as to T-Mobile directly using 611, I was told to wait for the billing for next month come out and then it will be corrected. I waited for 2 billing cycles and nothing happened. After 3 calls each lasting for 1.5 -2.5 hrs I finally got a settlement from them refunding some of the money for the devices to make it right. On 02/09/2022, I got a TXT saying that a Protection360 plan was added on to each of my devices. I was alarmed as I did not ask or request for this. When I called T-Mobile, they wanted to sell me this protection plan that costs an additional $18/line/month. I was really upset that this was added without my consent on all lines on my account. During my conversation with the T-Mobile expert, I wanted this service removed and I waited for more than 1 hr. At the end, the expert said that they cannot remove until it is billed and then I have to call back. I have already spent way more time correcting all the wrongs done by T-Mobile on my billing which has costed me over 6-8 hrs of my time with frustratingly long waits and now this - another fraudulent billing for no fault of mine. No phone company has to the right to add services that you did not sign up for. I have spent way more time correcting my bill and it is still NOT over. Although T-Mobile has worked to resolve many issues, the process is painful. The practice of adding services and charges without consent has to stop. I don't recommend anyone switching to T-Mobile for their cellular services.
