Steve was awesome! He came out to fix my washer and he was also the one who diagnosed the problem too. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable! My washer works great now! He is an amazing repair man that is very skilled at his job! I would recommend him to anyone!

I made an scheduled service call appointment with this company via my Lowe's protection plan. To accomodate the appintment I had to reschedule some things. NO ONE showed up at all during the appointment window. NO ONE called, sent a text, nothing. Also, the company did not answer the phone. What is the point of purchasing a protection plan if you cannot get service?

This company was assigned to me by Home Depot Warranty service. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I took an entire day off from work for the appointment, and they simply decided not to show up! I called Home Depot Warranty, and THEY informed that Sprint changed my appointment to 2 days later!!! No one called me to inform me, and refused to lose another day of work. I looked up their reviews, and apparently they do this all the time!! I told the escalation dept at Home Depot Warranty to find another company. I looked that one up, and they also had a 1.5 rating. Looks like I won't be wasting money on Home Depot warranties. I'll simply use my Home Warranty company and pay the deductible for a reputable company. There are plenty of rave reviews about this company so I will just share my experience and let you decide if its a good company.Got this company assigned to me by Home Depot warranty services . Service date confirmed by a phone call and email . Things look good till the day of the appointment: my time slot was 12p-4 PM; then things took a turn---Got a call at 10 AM saying someone can be there within an hour or else we have to reschedule . I tried to remind them that we had an appointment in the afternoon and I have to work to make a living so cant be home at a time of their convenienceResponse : we did NOT give you that time window, Home Depot warranty did ( but as a vendor you accepted that time slot so are you not responsible too ??)A tech fell ill so we cant help that ( I am not asking why someone is unwell : but as a company you have to try to honor your commitment ) . Not happy with the responsesI rescheduled for a week out : which the company rep confirmed on the same phone callI was NOT HAPPY the way they talked on the phone so I called back HD warranty to see if they could find an earlier time ( which they could not )Got an email from HD after 3 days saying the 'job is completed and case is closed "Called back HD warranty, talked to a manager since no work had been done on the appliance : she informed me that sprint had cancelled my case ( after confirming it for a second time ) citing customer not available !! Really?? I never got a follow up phone call/email /text from them about this : how can you lie to HD using customer's name when you decided to drop the service call by yourself ??HD is trying to find me a new vendor . If I could give a negative star I would . Totally unprofessional company . I am going to write to the grievance department at Home Depot about this issue and

Steve and Keith arrived on time and ready to work. I explained the problem I was having, they were familiar with the problem and listened to my description. They had a fix that works for the condensation/freezing/fan problem and took care of it. Plugged back in and freezer is running as it should. Steve and Keith were professional, courteous and friendly. They were knowledgeable and shared everything they did with me in very clear terms. I would recommend Sprint and would definitely use their service again if needed. I am very happy with their work and their company.Service: Freezer repair

Service tech was suppose to be at my home between 8-12. I find out at 10:45 they are rescheduling me for next week. I couldn't get a hold of the company or a call back from them. Thankfully I was going through a home depot extended warranty, so I was actually able to find out what was going on and get it rescheduled. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

Lady called and left me a message at 2:15pm stating they were not able to make it because they didn't have a tech and they just received my claim yesterday which wasn't enough time to schedule a tech. If it wasnt enough time to schedule a tech then how was the warranty person able to schedule a day and time? How did she know what time and day they were suppose to come. My question is why didnt she call me yesterday once she received the claim? Why wait until the day of the appointment AND during the time they were suppose to be at my home to call me? I took off from work early so I could be available for the technician to repair my washer. I called and left Sprint Appliances a voice-mail message. They have not called back. FOLKS DO NOT USE SPRINT APPLIANCE REPAIR...

Since 11-1-21 have tried to get Fridge and Freezer lights repaired/replaced: appointment made: repair guy never shows: showed up: said he would order the said part:never rec'd:So, Feb contact them again: Service request was cancelled: opened new one. Ordered said part again: should get by april 15th: Received part After 15th: WRONG PART: Now service ticket being resent to review: to order correct part: now looking at arrival of 4-29-22 with no date to come out to actually fix it. SEARS AND SPRINT APPLIANCE YOU SUCK.AND I ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB TODAY!Service: Washing machine repair

Got a refrigerator this year from Sears that was supposed to be covered by their warranty since the ice maker wasn't working. Anyway this is the "company" that was assigned to come out to make the repairs. They never showed up and when I called several times and left voicemails they don't answer. I'm not entirely sure if this is a real actual company with human beings. Stay away
