Long story short. We lost internet over the weekend. My wife needs it for work. Their online help was not helpful. They cannot service me in a timely manner. I will be taking my business elsewhere at the earliest possibility.

This place is ridiculous. The man with a beard thinks he know everything, thinks he is funny but is very rude and ignorant. He is just like spectrum, all talk and nothing accomplished. Hour of my life wasted.

Just returning old box and had to wait in line for that??? Not the usual way to return used equipment like the scan tag filled out with name and account and leave at counter. The old ways are sometimes much more efficient.

Sad because I really liked this store but now customer service needs some work! I was going in twice a week to see if they’ve gotten any stock of phones and I always get the same guy that looks like he just don’t want to deal with it! They don’t have a phone number to call them directly and check but you have to go their and wait just for a question! A bummer cause it makes me want to go elsewhere

Lalito was by far the best rep I've ever spoken with. He lowered my bill, helped me replace outdated equipment, and gave me and overall sense of value as a customer. Couldn't recommend him more.

Didn't have an issue until I moved and returned the equipment. Then they tried to charge me $200 for "unreturned equipment charges" which I returned through the UPS store. So I call them up to dispute this because the employee at the UPS store told me this would happen. She said spectrum does this all the time. As you as you return equipment, only then do they charge you for unreturned equipment. She even gave me a printout of the receipt, along with all serial numbers of the devices I returned because she said they'd ask for them. What a dirty business practice by spectrum. So now we go through the whole "waste a morning calling these crappy people" and they tell me that it takes 7 days to investigate this claim. I got a confirmation number. Minutes after this call I used the tracking number provided by ups to see where the package was...it was delivered 2 days after I left it with ups to schenectady NY. Why couldn't they just take 2 mins to search the tracking like I did. I'll never recommend spectrum to anyone and I'll find everywhere I can to leave a one star review for this dirty practice that wastes everyone's time.

1 start because I cannot select half or 0.\ Complete waste of time.\ I have read some bad reviews but in a need I headed to the store and I regretted greatly. O mobile phone store with no SIM card, very little interest on listen to the customer. and the list goes on.

RUN! I’ve only had spectrum for 2 months, someone always tries to up sell you and talk you into things you don’t need. Tons of empty promises, and they aren’t flexible at all!! Go to Cincinnati Bell!
