The guy (Josh) who came to my rescue did an absolutely wonderful job he deserves all the praise. I’m so glad he got resent to my call.But dispatch or who ever took Josh off my call never replaced him and never gave me notice of the change and didn’t care how long I had already been waiting and wouldn't give me an estimated time for a new truck to come out only to tell me they had sent him to an accident that happened AFTER I placed my call. I’m sure there are more than one person on call to run their tow trucks.The company needs to find a better solution to avoid mistakes like this in the future. Because of the company I will avoid using your company ever again and I will let my friends know what bad customer service I experienced.

Very rude drivers. Blocked the road to unload a vehicle when you didn't need to for an extended period. This was not an emergency, and he could have waited until he was ready to unload instead of sitting in his cab for a while. Yes, I do have experience towing, if you are wondering and would have never blocked the entire road in this situation

The service was good but it was pricey. They charged me $170 to tow my vehicle 15 miles. I'll shop around for a better price next time.
