Wouldn't even let me walk in the store to look at instruments.Had cash in hand and was looking for a present for my daughters bday.If your scared of you're customers it's probably time for a new line of work. 100% only open to take advantage of people that are down on there luck. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

People only came here because they are close to chopping off their limbs for cash. There is no ideal reason to come here and sell them anything for 1/10th of what youd get at 'Cashland'
Hope this place goes out of business and the employees get their arrest records extended (they will anyways its middletown thats what those people do. Trash)

Went in with a glock43 trying to upgrade to a CZ 9mm 1911. Got an extremely lowball offer that was insulting but I thought maybe a trade plus some $$$ might work. I was very nice throughout the entire encounter so when the guy says “if you don’t like it you can start your own shop to buy and sell” I was completely done. They obviously need to learn something about customer service because the place was completely empty and now I know why. I couldn’t have been more polite the entire time but those words from the guy just went through me. I will never go back there and if asked about them I’ll never recommend doing business there. They are completely unprofessional and rude not worthy of any business except the trash selling them questionable items.

Lol I was going to go tomorrow but it seems they have a long history of bad customer service and low-ball offers not going to waste my time if I were you I'd sell the store already cuz you're obviously not going to sell any of the stuff there and if you do it would be someone out of their mind no one's paying your outrageous prices

********* **** Shop is a great place if you're looking for music equip.,jewelry,tools and a lot of things at good prices. They are fair with most things and they will flex some if you need something. It's never a good feeling to **** something but if you need some quick cash they are willing to help.

Place is a joke ! They are rude as can be ! They have the store on certain restrictions. I guess they are still on Covid. You are not allowed to even go in ! I do not suggest anyone going there. The place is a joke, and the workers are very rude.

Terrible waste of a trip. Operating hours are not legitimate. They have a giant building but are STILL ON COVID restrictions not allowing people in the store LOL .So Woke they wonder why they can't sell the items in the store. Open the doors

Dude try to play skimpy ges when buying 14k gold. Won't even put the scale Infront of you when weighing the gold. My ring weighed 1.8 and he payed me out 1.2. he does not pay even close to gold spot price. Do not sell anything to this guy he is not straight forward at all.

Go see Al. Friendly and helpful. If you're new to pawns, it's worth the trip to Middletown if you're in the area. Security measures what a sad time it is ; you can't just open the door and browse.
