Go ro arrons or UHR. You have better chances of being approved. I spent so much time sending in all my info. Drivers License, pay stubs, etc. Only to be denied with no reason. Never heard anything back. I have a buying power of $2000 at arrons but couldn't get approved at R2O. What a joke. The only reason I went there is because they had a IPhone I wanted and arrons don't sell phones. Jokes on you because you lost a great potential customer, and from the reviews I see, you've lost plenty of customers, and its best you don't have my business either Do better!

I have been dealing with rent-to-own for many years and have always been very very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the store I deal with ,the one in Middletown Ohio. Every employee of the Middletown store is extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The employee that I deal with mostly is Paige who always seems to find me great deals on exactly what I want.. Paige is always professional never pushy ,very understanding and goes out of her way to help in any way she can.I recommend her very highly if you visit the Middletown store. I would not go to any other rental store except the Rent to Own...... Sincerely,Robert Pummill.

I've been s customer with this R2O for close to, if not OVER 10 years now. Non-stop. The staff are great to work with. Very down to earth, helpful, understanding and informative. Even when you're in a tight spot they are easy to talk with and willing to work with you on a solution to help you manage your situations (whatever they may be along the way). Ive had an assortment of furniture/electronics from them and even when the electronics have had issues, the issues were fixed and brought back to me free of charge. I however, DID get a gaming computer through them that had the screen burn out which was replaced no problem. I finished paying it off shortly after revieving it back fixed and literally the same day I paid it off, the screen went out again! -- I didn't bring it up to the workers seeing as I know I no longer recieve free maintenance after completing payments but i still expected since it was very freshly fixed, that I would get some life out of it before it messed up again at least...

Love these guys they do you right thanks to roni and shani ( i hope I spelled it right if not sorry) they got me and my fiancé a great and comfortable bed and comfortable couch that is beautiful and matches our apartment a great 65 inch Roku tv which we both love and nice table again matches our apartment perfectly and a PlayStation 5 that I paid off now roni helped with the ps 5 and bed and Shani (again sorry if spelled wrong) got us the tv table sound bar which sounds great makes movie night amazing and playing a game on the sound bar is nice to and now I got the I guess it’s called the rent 2 own cable box and it’s amazing my fiancé loves it and we love dealing with these guys very friendly and very professional even got to swap out a bed frame that broke cuz I’m still paying on it very professional people highly recommended if ya want nice stuff but make them payments

Love these guys!!
I've been renting with these ladies and gents for years! They're like family! There's nothing they haven't done to get us what we've needed when we've needed it! It's more expensive than buying outright but, should anything happen to your merchandise while you're renting to own, it's easier to deal with them than any kind of manufacturer warranty! When you go, tell them I sent ya! ??

Rhawny is the best!!! Went in with specific item in mind, she was quick to work with and even when we ran into trouble with it she made sure to do everything she could to fix the problem! The manager Chris was also super friendly and helpful.

Rhawny and the entire team are absolutely AMAZING!!! I've been a faithful customer for about a year and I never missed a payment. So when I ran into some financial issues, I called to see what they could help me with, to get my payments lowered; without having to return anything. Let me tell you!!! Rhawny is awesome!! The delivery folks I wish I remembered their names were literally the Chuck Norris of moving they moved a whole sectional and stove into the house 5 minutes flat!! The manger (again forgot his name) but he's great.. fast friendly and awesome.

Shawnee and Andre helped us when we came in at 6 PM on The dot. We were lucky enough that they were kind enough to help and not mind at all. Shawnee was very knowledgeable and even said she would give us a lineup the following day and help us find the best prices before we met Shawnee we had known Dean so it’s nice to see the community is still around Very big props to Shawnee definitely deserves a raise

This place is great!!! Rawney was very upbeat and excited to help us, she helped us pick a stove and couch. The payments are very affordable as well. I highly recommend anyone to go there and ask for rawney you won’t regret it.
