I cant say enough good things about this store and the manager.I needed to find a certain boot for my son that works in construction and they were not in stock and she searched for them and I literally got them the next day...customer service for this store..a 10+

The lady that waited on me was top notch, very attentive, was on top of my boot choice's and even dispose of my old boots. ( After I had told her that pair of Red Wings were the worst pair of Red Wings I've owned in 34 years of wearing them.).

Went in today 4/15/23 to try on a pair of Red Wings for the first time after tons of research against some other boot brands. Katie was fantastic...super knowledgeable, knew all the technical specs and real-world experience of multiple boots I asked about. Ended up buying two different pairs of Heritage, Moc Toes. Best store sales experience I've had in forever! Thx again Katie!

Showed up at 5:50 to pick up boots and they were already closed. Wasn't happy with that they are suppose to stay open til 6. But over all they are nice friendly helpful.
