We have used them for years, however this year even though we paid the same as last year, they filled out the 1040 for CCA tax, but did not calculate amount owed, they said they don’t figure that out any more because “people say they end up owing more than what we tell them” I had zero issues up to that point. Now we owe cca tax penalties because our “1040 got lost” even though I can prove delivery, it doesn’t matter and we now owe penalties.

these people are so unprofessional, the lady at the front desk is completely rude been going there for a long time. definitely find a new place to do your taxes !!

We have been using this company for over 20 years. They are the best. Get the best possible refund that is legally possible. Most of my family come here . Have for long time also. There is only so much you can get back. There is alot that variables in tax refund. Just because you worked. Has to be so much before you can get return. Most ppl. Think they should get 10thousand because they worked half a year with dependents. Not aways the case.

I had them attempt to do my taxes. They were done by a lady named Jennifer. She called me and was telling me about my taxes and quoted me at getting around 1,900 back which I knew was not true. I decided to go to someone else that quoted me at alittle over 6,000 back. I would definitely go some where else, I don't recommend these people to anyone!

Rude people that do the bare basic of tax returns. Rude when you drop it off. Rude when they call you. And rude when you pick up. Been going there for over 20 years. Started with Joanne back when they were professionals. When I told Jessica, you are rude and we wont be back, this unprofessional handling of our account is not what we paid for. She grinned the entire time, and with each excuse, basically it was my fault they made mistakes, and no apology was owed. I said I dont even know why i am complaining to you, it's not your business we are leaving after all these years, you could care less. Her response while grinning was, "You're right." Need I say more. I was angry and tried to find someone to complain to. I was told by both girls there, that's enough, you need to leave, you just want to argue. I said I dont want to argue. I want to tell some one with some business sense how I was talked to. You're the ones arguing when you should be apologizing. They told me I had said enough and to get out.
