PNC Towne Blvd Branch does an amazing job! Brandiss has been very helpful each time I call or go in person. She knows her clients and calls them by name. Great job to the entire team!

I have been banking with P N C . For 4 years and the Mid town branch is very busy at times but the employees are. Very professional and I have always had great service.

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Ridiculous and I used to work at a bank. This has got to be the slowest bank I have ever been too.

Went in the past Saturday and explained I had lost my bank card and needed a new one for a specific account (I have a joint and then a separate one for Christmas, bills, etc) and had Brandiss. Card given was for the wrong account. Went in today ( it was a day off and like most people who have days off, you make as many appointments to do errands into those days off) to get it corrected and no one could help. The new person couldn’t do it because they had been working with IT for the past two weeks to try to get it fixed so they could print cards but it didn’t work (this is what I was told directly) then the one who could help had an appointment and couldn’t get to me. Finally, another person who could fix the issue (the same person who gave me the new card for the WRONG account) came in but decided to help those behind me. Unfortunately, I had to be somewhere and couldn’t get it fixed. So, I am not coming back to this bank. I am seriously contemplating going to a different bank altogether and shutting my accounts down. My husband called afterwards and the person who gave me the new card for the wrong account said that the new person would be unable to print cards until they are there for 30 days. When he called a different branch (Bridgewater) they said any time and bring your license and if you have the old card (they can shred it!) to bring it in and they would help immediately!!! What happened to this branch?! It was good at some point but I’ll definitely not be doing any of my business at this branch if I decide to keep my account.
