This is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. There is not a speck of dust in site. The bathrooms are so clean, well kept and stocked. The staff is constantly cleaning, wiping equipment, vacuuming and emptying trash. The staff is so friendly and welcoming - great place!!

Local truck driver..I was told by a manager I couldn't park my semi in this big parking lot foe 1 hour to get a workout in on my lunch break..why ?

A warning to semi truck drivers
Never ever park in this plaza. Today , i barely survived a tow away as i went to the gym just for a shower. When i came back after 10 mins, the tow truck guy was outside to tow way my truck.

Actually a really nice smaller. Planet fitness. Everything is clean and the staff is always friendly. My only issue is the 30 min fitness zone. I try to go during my lunch... I really wish it was monitored more. Too many guests hang out on the machines in there not rotating. Beyond that, it is a good gym if you have more than 30 minutes...
Edit review and lowered star to. 3: the gym eleminated the 30 min express. I was told ppl didnt follow rules and it was to hard to monitor. Basically.. They would have to enforce their rules. Instead they just get rid of it.

The workers don't help you at all or very little. I'm new to the black card, so I needed some help. Don't count on getting any, unless management reads this and does something.

Very nice Planet Fitness. If you drive an 18-wheeler, you can't park overnight as the damage others Truck drivers have caused and bad attitude. Soured the mall owner to us parking overnight. However it is possible to come in early in the am between 1am and 6am. To work out. Not stay. Park on the dark pavement in front of PF as far as you can away from the front doors so as not to be in the way.

Sami trucker have black cards don’t go here because of this will tell to park here and call towing for you they only call on guy name stevia they knows each other to make money on good pl customers

I want to say right from the start, that the Planet Fitness staff is very friendly and profession. But I can’t believe that they allow Steve’s towing company to harass their customers who are parked out on the lot. Planet Fitness is the only tenant in the completely abandoned Towne Mall. When hard-working semi drivers simply want to stop and exercise, and they are parked well away from the normal Planet Fitness customer area, there should be no reason that they are harassed and threatened in this way.

Stopped here with a pick up and utility trailer and lot patrol told me I couldn't park here. Called to talk with the manager to let them know their customers are being run off and waited for over 15 minutes on the phone, however no one took my call.
The limited hours make it hard for me to use this facility as well.

Change the HOURS, it is/ was supposed to be a 24 hour gym. I work very long shifts at my job, and their hours now make it difficult for me to work out or to tan. Fix it, surely to God you make enough money to put it back to 24 hours every day/ or keep it open until 1 am or 2 am, including the weekend, NOT 7 PM. If it doesn't get fixed I'm just gonna go to quit going there altogether. The hours SUCK!
Oh and one more thing, hire ADULTS, I mean people older than whose there now, MATURE peeps.

First time visit. First impression. Friendly attentive staff. Equipment in good shape except hydro lounge #1 overheated and cut my massage short and massage chair #1 sounded like it was breaking when it reclined. TV monitors are on some of the cardio equipment- not overhead. Facility was clean. Showers and changing rooms were clean and roomy. Overall nice club. Black Card is totally worth it to have full benefits at any PF in the country as we travel.
