“chain drug store in which everything is pretty much laid out the same at all their stores, so I guess it all boils down to organization and cleanliness. We had no issues with either and access was easily available and it was just as convenient to get back on the road. This store as well stocked, organized and clean.”

“I will tell you Phuc is an awesome pharmacist and explains things thoroughly. The older women who work there are rude most of the time. I was out and about and didn't have one of my medications on me but knew it was due about this time. Whilst I was over running errands by CVS I called and asked if it was time to be refilled and the lady on the phone said "you know what? It's due when the bottle says" and then hung up on me. I was in disbelief. Such terrible customer service from the other staff. I am the reason they get paid. I changed pharmacies to Walgreens and they actually have some respect. I will say however the younger people there have great customer service. It's just the one older lady that made me take my business elsewhere. I take at least 10 different prescriptions or more. Their loss I suppose. If CVS doesn't take action against her, I will guarantee I'm not the only one working has taken my business elsewhere but, people will continue to do so because of her. If you use this pharmacy you know exactly who I'm talking about unfortunately.”

“Every time I’m picking up my prescriptions, the pharmacy team is getting screamed at, berated, and belittled by someone angry at something outside of the pharmacy’s control. I just wanted to let the team know how much I truly appreciate them and how it does not go unnoticed how much they go above and beyond! Evan is amazing and so is the pharmacist who was working last night. They last minute filled my script, informed me my insurance wouldn’t cover it, and already found a coupon to discount it. I just love the pharmacy team and all they do! They don’t get the respect and kindness they deserve. Thank you all for all of your compassion, kindness, and hard work!!”

But I greatly appreciate the fact that usually when I get a new medication the pharmacist takes his time out to call me and ask how I am doing on the new medication. That means a lot to me. The staff has always been courteous and very respectful towards me. I'm sure these people are very much underpaidAnd I appreciate their work not just in the pharmacy but the entire store”

“I find things are slightly more expensive at CVS, but no higher than any other pharmacy. I'm usually willing to pay the extra 10-15% tho, to save the time and hassle of shopping at, say, Walmart or Meijer. They have a great selection of beauty products and some specific first aid and health care items those bigger places may not carry.”

“This Walgreens is wonderful. The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love the employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.”
