“Every time I’m picking up my prescriptions, the pharmacy team is getting screamed at, berated, and belittled by someone angry at something outside of the pharmacy’s control. I just wanted to let the team know how much I truly appreciate them and how it does not go unnoticed how much they go above and beyond! Evan is amazing and so is the pharmacist who was working last night. They last minute filled my script, informed me my insurance wouldn’t cover it, and already found a coupon to discount it. I just love the pharmacy team and all they do! They don’t get the respect and kindness they deserve. Thank you all for all of your compassion, kindness, and hard work!!”

I ran into some difficulties, but the pharmacist was kind,educated,and very attentive to all my needs. I didn't catch his name,but he'll know who I am. As always,I am extremely pleased with every Walgreens I have had to deal with-but the with the situation I was in- the help and assistance that I received 5 days ago was extraordinary! “This Walgreens is wonderful. The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love the employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.”
