I spoke with her a few months ago regarding a battery for my stepdaughter's car. At that time she again had great customer service. Also the knowledge she has in the service department is excellent! CeCe had quite a few customers as I was waiting and she managed them like a champ. It's hard to come by good customer service nowadays, but CeCe gave me hope.
