I called to ask the price to put an engine in a 2006 GMC envoy. I was told 9000. dollars. I said that I had my own engine. I was told that their insurance would not allow them to use an engine that I provided. I didn't want a new or remanufactured engine. I just wanted a low mileage used engine installed. Instead of giving me something "off the top of your head", it would have been better if you said that you don't install used engines. Or even better, ask for my information so you can can contact me with a proper estimate.

Jim is the most honest person I've ever had work on my car. He tells me whether or not something can wait to be fixed for a bit. He is compassionate and just overall a nice guy. I will continue to take all car matters I have to him for as long as I can.

I think they did a very good job and explain to me that they put a dye in so if it lost it's charge again they could tell what part was losing the freon. So they could fix that area without replacing the whole system
