Where do I begin....my income taxes were deducted electronically from the wrong account. Then my checking account number was entered incorrectly in the federal electronic payment system resulting in delinquent payments to the IRS which resulted in penalties. In error, they file twice for the first quarter State of Ohio taxes and I am still trying to resolve this with the State. My quarterly withholding has been insufficient this year and when I inquired, my questions were handled with annoyance by their payroll person. When I attempted to dialogue with the owner of the company, Paul Nenni about my experience, he cut me off several times during the conversation and "invited" me to find accounting services elsewhere. Terrible experience.
