There’s a reason for a couple week wait in service- it’s because they have the most knowledgeable and experienced techs in the area that do the job right the first time. Their master tech and Service manager, Jacob, has worked there since I was a kid. He has done all the work on everything I own. The owners are really cool as well. It’s a busy place and well worth a visit.

Jimmy, Chase, and JD did a fantastic job! From the start Jimmy’s knowledge and expertise was 10/10!! JD took care of us quickly in the finance department and Chase and Jimmy stayed late to get us loaded onto our trailer. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your off-road vehicle needs.

All the guys and girls at octane are awesome! They worked with me and we was able to secure a deal on my first bike! If anybody has questions they are right there to give you the best answers, overall a great place and a great group of people!

Highly recommend using Dave ! Dave was great to work with and everyone else was also very friendly and helpful ! Dave took extra time and attention to detail on the deal and it’s much appreciated! Will definitely be buying anything in the future from here as well ! Go in and ask for DAVE! You will understand why once you do !

Had some warranty work done through their service department. Was told 4 to 6 weeks before they could look at it. They called me 2 weeks later and said that they looked at it and were contacting the warranty company. A few weeks went by I had to call them to get am update. Was told I'd get a call back that day, I had to call them again. Was told they were waiting on parts, then other things were wrong. 3 months after dropping it off I finally got it back. I had to call them every time. I would save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. It's been a headache every step of the way.

The service person was very helpful but then there was the parts guy that from the get go didn't want to do more than he had to. Didn't even offer to look up a part and kept saying he didn't know where to even start. Ask for help buddy! I would never have him work for me.
