Whoever was driving a white Volvo XC 90 on July 5th on Middletown Eaton road around 7:30pm with the dealership plate leading me back to this business needs to have their license revoked. Speeding but not being able to even handle it as they were swerving in double yellow and driving in middle of road and almost hitting the guard rail plenty of times, pulled off into someone’s driveway on Somerville jacksonburg road as I was taking pictures.

Very friendly and quick. They got me in a car within the hour. But was very upset to find out there was a leak in the gas tank that I was unable to ascertain when I test drove it because it was low on gas

This place is so crooked they took a truck from a friend and when he went to get it back they wouldn’t except his money. he never even had the truck 45 days. Then the owner was asking about collateral like jewelry and stuff worth money and he would think about giving it back. what kind of car lot ask things like that?

When I arrived I was greeted by multiple staff members. They all had a very professional attitude and treated me like they've known me for years. I like that ! This is a place I will definitely come back to for tires and auto purchases. Thank you Mid-Western Auto ?

He is crooked flat out make sure you go on like a 20/30 mile test drive and the car is good and warmed up and all that and check everything before you buy it oil end up with something like I have

Literally the worst. I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I and our 2 kids got there at 3:20. They lied the whole time telling us that we would leave same day with the car we wanted. They ran all the paperwork, got approved by the bank, still promising we would leave with the car we wanted. They told my husband to test drive it. (Which when he got in the car the backseat was down and broke so it wouldn’t go up, they never mentioned this knowing we had two kids). We said we were okay with the broken seat as my husband would fix it himself because we really needed to leave with a car. After test driving it and going to do the final paperwork they decided they want us to put an extra $2,00 down and if not we can’t get anything. We were already putting almost $2,000 down. They waisted our whole day. Three and a half hours. Constantly telling us the whole time the amount we were willing to put down would be totally fine and kept assuring us we would leave with the car. Only to at the last step say we needed to double the amount needed down. DO NOT GO HERE. WASTE OF TIME & workers are not truthful. Also the entire inside of the place reeked of weed. One worker asked my husband if his vape pen had weed in it and when he told him no he was disappointed. Also one of the female workers was bragging about how she used to be a stripper and was now promoting her only fans. Nothing against people that smoke or have that life style, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to do or brag about at the work place in front of clients.
