Drove 30 minutes for a body panel, listed in perfect condition. It has a silver dollar rust spot through the paint. Waste of my time, indifferent employees who are rude. Don't waste your time.

Zero help. Needed a part off the car and they couldn't even be bothered to show where the car the part was on was at, just pointed in the direction and said, "you'll have to find it", much less help get the part off.

Yeah they tried to tow my Harley-Davidson with a rollback then they told me to sit on the motorcycle and hold the front brake and they dropped me in my bike from 4 ft in the air and then tried to rob me with $500 and dropping it off with my wife

I called on a Sunday needing a battery. They quickly were able to get back with me, even though they were closed and the gentleman that helped me was so kind and I just wanted to say that I really appreciate great customer customer service and helping me when you guys didn’t have to! You save me from not being able to make it to work so I really greatly appreciate that experience and I’ve had you guys!

Called to check to see if they had a car on the lot. I said I’m looking for a Kia stinger do you have one on the lot. The person who answered said yes we do. I just need the year make and model of the car and what part you need. I told him those details he instantly put me on hold. Came back and said we do not have THAT car on the lot. Then I asked well which stinger do you have. He said we don’t even have a car close to that? To which I replied I thought you said you had a Kia stinger? He said no and hung up. 10/10 customer service. lol.
