If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t use the “Wait in your vehicle” option. I checked-in on my phone, it told me you will get a text when to come in. I finally went in after waiting 25 mins. The girl said I called your name and you never came. I told her I never got a text. She said, I’m too busy to text. She was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care to follow the processes in place to make her job easier.

Hours on the website are incorrect. It's 7:30-4:00 everyday including Monday. It's now 7:50 and there are no employees to be found and the office is not open. According to the nearby desk, this is typical.

It's 7:50 am on 2-20-24 and no one has showed up to work today at the lab. Called headquarters and they said it's supposed to be open.

Very smooth and timely process. Took extra special care of my daughter when she became nauseous during the blood draw. They made sure she was feeling better before we left.

This is the last place anyone should ever go to get their blood work done. My dermatologist has been waiting for 4 weeks to get the blood work from them. They have called them every day for 4 weeks and so have I and they do not, and will not answer the phone. Nor do they call back when they request that you leave a message. The fact that I paid for these labs and yet I can’t get the medicine I need to get better should be malpractice. I hope this place gets shut down for running such a shady operation.

I went there to get blood work done and Yolonda and Dawn were amazing. Those two ladies deserve a raise! Gave me a great experience and I will definitely be using this location again

I went to the Middletown LabCorp today and had the best phlebotomist EVER, I think her name was Renee! Not only did she do a great job, but her manner was over the top. She was super friendly and explained everything she was about to do to my kid, who has never had a blood draw before. She got him to sing twinkle twinkle little star, and before he could finish she was done!This lady is truly an asset to your company. November 8, 2022 I was there.

One of your drivers just drove like a lunatic down sr 122 in Middletown, with your official vehicle! and at 122 and Dixie he went right through the red light like it was green, almost causing a serious accident! U need to call that driver to order before you get in trouble with their terrible driving…this happened Thursday October 20th 2022 at 03:25pm.

Came in 10 minutes before my appointment and was out a minute after my appointment was supposed to start. I call that speedy. My phlebotomist was quick and professional and had me done fast.

Revised: showed up after lunch. No wait. Couldn’t figure out the kiosk. Little lady working was super nice, checked my order, made sure my insurance info was there, and seen me in a jiffy. My toddler was near me the whole time and sat in a chair watching his show. Very smooth the second time aroundOriginal post: Showed up before 4pm , although the closing time is 12am online, and they closed their door. Refused to open or acknowledge my knock on the door when you could clearly hear them inside. Worse Labcorp location ever!! Rude, and no work ethic!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! If zero stars was an option, that's what this place would get. i have been there twice trying to get bloodwork done for my PCP and they have screwed up my orders and didn't draw the correct tests TWICE. Now they are saying I have to take off work to go back a third time. NO FREAKING WAY! I am starting to wonder if this isn board line MALPRACTICE.
