The staff was super friendly! The store was clean, but a lot of the displays were a mess. Lots of clothes unfolded and all over the place. I went there early in the morning and was kinda surprised.

I always have a very pleasant experience with staff here and the store is always clean and well kept. I wish it had more of a selection like the Hamilton store though, especially in the shoe department.

I wanted to thank Sherry. Late on a Saturday, almost at closing, she took the time to help me find a coupon for my purchase. Great customer service in retail usually difficult to find. She should definitely be the standard at all the Kohl's stores
