Im not sure who's handling the call center but HE is HORRIBLE!!!!First he says he can't look up a receipt and forward it,,, which I've had done hundreds of times!!!! Then ask for the ticket number,,, if I had the dam ticket number I wouldn't need a receipt!Yesterday I asked to be forwarded to the Dalton store to inquire about a purchase and this person says he can't forward a call!! Huh!!!He emails Monroe and has Corey call (Corey's a great customer service guy in Monroe).Both of these request I have done many many times over the phone!Get another call service rep and put this guy far away from customer interaction!

My certified hvac tech uses this supplier for Goodman products, my unit was defective since day 1 and lasted 30 days , and has been repaired 3 times in that 30 days.I have been out of ac more then I have had ac. Now this time he is waiting on johnstone to honor a warranty replacement for a brand new 3 ton unit and I have been out of ac for 10 days in my house.My technician cannot do anything about it because he's waiting on Johnstone, which claims to be waiting on Goodman, so leaving customers without ac because of this issue is ridiculous.Hints the bad review.....
