After 12 years this will be our last year filling with this h&r block location. We file early every year because we have investment plans for our tax return. This year while filling the computer crashed and then 3 weeks later we find out they never even sent our return to the irs until we called to ask why it had not been received by irs. That really screwed out plans we had because we should of had our return Feb 27th and now won't until the end of March. William was who we used. But not again

This place is horrible they charge me $158 for a tax return that I did myself they took credit said that they did it and everything about it was wrong horrible I will never ever be back

My tax expert Noreen is great I always enjoy filing my taxes with her she's always polite and if I ever forget to bring something with me it never seems to faze her and is always understanding 10/10 recommended her and h&r!

They advertise a much cheaper price than it ends up being. The ad said 89 but the bill was 350 for just regular plugging in the numbers taxes. That was quite a shock and definitely wouldnt come back unless your taxes are complicated.

This place has really went down hill , it use to be about a rapid refund , the fees are insane , and you can get your taxes faster through turbo tax. HR Block seems to slow the process down

Hello and kaselehlioah everyone or maingko, I ERNEST LOUIS from the FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA would like to make a public announcement about this place called H&R BLOCK, since I was started working with these people I,ve learned many things that I myself did not know that if I make one mistake it could effect my entire safety under the protection of US custom. This is the second year for me by filing my tax and I don't face any problem about any fact that,we people called it dept or owing money to another party. For those who are struggling or having hard time filling your tax, you should try H&R block, people that work here or the party that own this company is are really good!! I myself advise any people that have hard questions to let the h&r people to cracked or solve for you any questions of your concerning about fund or federal and states income. It's good to work with people that are originally know things,than earing any rumors that could put me in trouble or make me pwe money to the IRS. H&R block keep on doing the best and good work you,ve been doing, I'll look forward to meet you in 2023 tax year ?????
