The store associate in that department (Jacob) was very polite, professional, and got me exactly what I needed. I had the time to look around on my way out! They have a bit of everything in here! Menards is more than hardware place. It should be listed as a 'Homeware' store, with more!”
“I have been to The Home Depot several times in the past few weeks to purchase flowers and plumbing supplies. The older gentleman outside in the garden section was so helpful in helping me find just the right flowers for my yard. Also, Jason who works inside the store was so nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the plumbing department. “We were helped generously this morning. But returning the trailer, the clerk was a bit rude, she stood in the way while we backed up to drop off the trailer and acted incredibly put out. Especially when she stated she was not going to help walk it into place, even though no one asked her to.
Guess everyone had a long day.”
