I booked a 2 bed for 3 people, well we traveled from Alabama to Ohio and we only got 1 bed and 1 fold out couch. And the every night, kids were running up and down the hallway. We told them to stop but they kept on ALL night. Recommend:don't book it when they're softball and baseball games.

Very far from being the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed, but also not the worst. It may be a silly detail, but as a serious coffee drinker the main reason I choose Hampton Inn is the fact there is always coffee in the main lobby. All coffee bottles were cold upon my arrival, and convincing the staff to arrange hot coffee was an effort. Moving on from the coffee issues, I went to the room for a good night of sleep, which was all but good. The extremely loud people next door and walking down the hallways are definitely not the hotel's fault, but the extremely bad wall insulation is. Sometimes it felt like the door was open because of how loud it was, to the point of hearing complete conversations. Breakfast was average. Not fantastic, not terrible either. The breakfast lady was very kind and courteous, unlike the front desk lady from the late evening shift. All in all, not coming back.

I have been a loyal Hampton Inn customer for probably 20+ years. I always felt that I was guaranteed a clean and comfortable stay. Ever since Covid, I really think things have gone downhill and that management needs to be aware of these issues in order to maintain their brand image. Not thrilled with the lack of cleaning rooms, and cheapening out on the quality.Originally booked two rooms for Thursday and Friday night, March 11th and 12th. I then found out that we needed to come a day earlier, so I booked another reservation for a Wednesday night. This seemed to cause great confusion with the staff. When we arrived, they gave us a king suite by accident, but we were so exhausted we decided not to deal with it and use the sleeper sofa. The sheets were dirty - there was an old hair tie left behind in staining on the sheets. They apologize and moved us to a double queen room, which is what we ordered in the first place. The hotel was under renovation, but nowhere was that stated when we were booking the reservation that this was the case. The room the ladies stayed in had paint stains on the desk, carpet, and bathroom floor. There was tape on the fire alarm. The elevator had cracked tiles that were held down with packing tape. They were wallpapering around the dining area. There were paint buckets left near the ice machines. What normally would be a great breakfast was a bit lackluster. There was no fresh fruit, it just seemed to be missing things. There was a large group of travelers and they all ate all potatoes (why are you not better prepared)? We tried to use our refrigerator in our room and found out that it didn’t work. My husband told the staff that I had a meeting and please just knock to clean that room and she will step out so they decided not to clean it instead. The last night, my husband tried his key card for the other room and it didn’t work. He went down to the desk and there were other guest trying to get into their room and their card didn’t work either. It turns out they were trying to get into the same room! The front desk was told on multiple occasions that they were two different reservations so they would need to clean the rooms, etc. When he finally entered that room, it was not cleaned as well. Staff were nice but that only does so far.

First room we were assigned was reeking of smoke and smoke detector was covered with masking tape. Asked for another room.....beds were disheveled and had been slept in. Asked for ANOTHER room and after a discussion ,was reluctantly given one at 1am.

We booked a room for the weekend of March 2nd and 3rd 2024, because our daughter had a volleyball tournament in Hamilton. We had limited options, because the tournament was a stay and play. We checked in on Friday night and when we got to our room, the mini fridge was missing and the room was dirty. I went done to the front desk to inform the staff. She was very helpful, but said they were full and didn't know if they had any other rooms. She found another room for us fortunately. We moved to a different room that had a mini fridge, but the room was still sub par. Also the pool was closed the entire weekend, which sucked because the kids were looking forward to swimming. We thought about changing hotels, but with the stay and play set up, we would still have to pay for the hotel and another hotel. I will say the the staffs customer service was good, but the hotel in general was not!

Honestly not the best hotel. I called and booked a king bed room with a late check-in at 1am. When we arrived at that time, no one was at the desk or anywhere in the hotel. I called the front desk and after ringing for a long time, someone finally appeared to help us check in. Despite booking a king room, we were given a two-queen room. When we checked out the next day, again we were met with a desk with no one there. Eventually someone came to help us check out. I asked if there was a price difference and, if so, could they refund us for the difference. They looked into it and said no difference, which seems very odd to me - every other hotel I've stayed at has had a difference in price between king and queen rooms, even if it's $5, and they should have offered me a refund or something just for the mishap in the first place. The tiles were loose in the bathroom, the room didn't feel sparkling clean, customer service was non-existent, and I just wouldn't stay here again. Especially not for $120.

Stayed here for one night on December 16th and it was great! I stayed in a king room and it was spacious, clean and I just felt comfortable. Im terrible with names but the gentleman that checked me in was helpful and kind. The breakfast was good and the dining area clean. I definitely would stay at this location again!Nearby activities: Kings Island, Cincinnati Premium Outlets

Very quite location. Extremely friendly staff. I stay at Hampton Inn all the time. Their breakfast is generally the same at all. I can't remember their names, but the 2 ladies that cook there take so much pride in it. They combined the same foods and made a spectacular breakfast! Instead of bland scarmabled eggs, they had made a sausage egg and cheese scramble that was soo good with biscuits and gravy ?

My wife and I stayed for a week while visiting family in SW Ohio. The room was fine and I was happy to see a refrigerator and microwave. We had stayed at Drury on a prior visit and had neither. Hampton had a hot breakfast every morning. A couple mornings, there were omelettes, but every other morning, it was a very crumbly scrambled eggs that were made from powdered eggs. I would rate the breakfast as "okay". Also, we got coffee a couple times in the evening and it was stone cold. When booking our stay, I enquired about the fitness center. I was advised there was a Peloton exercise bike. However, I was disappointed that it had no subscription to the service, so it only offered very basic operation. There is a sticker on the bike that says to call Peloton if experiencing any problems. I called Peloton and they advised me to let the hotel manager know and they could help me sign on. When I told the gentleman at the front desk what Peloton told me, he seemed very uninterested and did not offer to get the subscription activated. But the creme de la creme was one morning, while heading to get breakfast, two female employees were having a screaming contest behind the front desk. It went on for about 10 minutes before they seemed to work our their differences. Everyone in the lobby could hear the argument.Since we have family in the area, we travel to this area frequently. We are looking for a "go to" place to stay. I don't feel like we have found that yet.
