Do not recommend Hunter Neu. Will not update your information after emailing him 3 separate times. Has ruined pretty much all chances of me being able to get a credit card as I was denied the first one because he never updated my information. Have been denied now 6 times for all different types because the first card I had as a SECURED card was denied because he doesn't know how to do his job. This was almost 2 years ago and I am still being effected TODAY in 2024...

Disappointed at this specific location/branch once again. I personally bank with Fifth Third and come to exchange some coin rolls two days in a row and they weren’t able to give me the change I needed. Yesterday I was told by one of the tellers that “the Penny guy isn’t here today”. So I proceeded to take an extra trip to the Fifth Third Branch at the Kroger in Monroe and they took care of me no problem. I visit this branch again today, asking to exchange a few bills for rolls and I’m met with a snide response from one of the workers who came up and said “We were out of Pennies yesterday, and we still are today. We don’t get them in again until Wednesday.” I wasn’t upset they were once again out of Pennies but very disappointed with the demeaning smirk he gave me earlier this afternoon. Acting as if it’s some absurd request to come to their OWN bank and ask to exchange a few rolls for change. I love banking with Fifth Third, and have for a few years now, but I STRONGLY discourage going to take care of your banking needs at this location. The one on Yankee rd inside the Kroger. Take the extra 10 minutes to go to the branch inside the Kroger in Monroe, or the branch on Tylersville Rd. I’ve never had an issue at either of these locations with exchanging my bills and coins, OR been seemingly made fun of the second my back is turned for daring to come back the next day to check if coins are back in stock, like I have here at the location on Yankee Rd!!

Somehow on an average, I have always experienced a very slow service at the drive through window. Need improvement!

Zuley Santiago refused to accept a post dated check, even though Fifth Third's policy allows clerks to do so (as long as it's less than 60 days prior to the check's date) and it's been done for me at this bank multiple times before.

Very slow service at the drive thru....better plan on waiting 15 min or more. This happens ALL the time. The workers ate good. The bank is just understaffed. Way to fail again Fifth Third

I was planning to open a checking account so I can set up direct deposit for my paycheck. It was a busy day so we were in line. A guy wearing a suit helped out the guy in front of me presumably to speed up the process. I thought that was very good customer service and that I'm in the right place. I assume he is familiar with the guy in front of me judging by their conversation. However, after he took care of him, the guy in suit walked away and had me wait for my turn. I was disappointed. So, I left and open account with PNC.

No discretion!! I asked the lady for my balance and she yelled out my balance when she should printed my balance behind my receipt... other banks ask if you want your balance printed on the back of your receipt, she didn't. Very unprofessional.
