Slowest pharmacy in the world. No one in line at the drive thru. Now going on 15 minutes with service at 7:45 pm pathetic.called in 5 days ago. And go figure it's not ready

I see that the reviews here are horrible, and I know why from experience. I have been a customer of CVS for as long as I can remember, and am loyal to the brand. I recently moved to the area and this is the closest CVS pharmacy to me. My doctor sent in some prescriptions and one was a few days too early. This medication is for a 30 day supply. It was due to be filled on the 16th, 9 days ago. I called and waited on hold for an extremely long time to finally speak to the Pharmacist, Irene. Wow! She is extremely rude. She told me that it was my responsibility to call and tell them to fill it if a prescription was placed on hold. I have never had that happen in over 15 years. Usually when the time to fill it arrives, it is indeed filled. I then asked what time it would be ready and she slammed the phone down. Horrible customer service. I will not go back after picking up this prescription. Read the reviews people. Middletown and Trenton are not that far. This is one place you should avoid at all cost.UPDATE - I have never had a bad experience at any other CVS, and I have moved with my company and lived in multiple states, always choosing them. I spoke to customer service and informed them of this as well.

I'd give 0 stars they're always out of medicine ? every single time they claim they're out or on backorder or haven't came off the truck. Very annoying.

I’m not sure how corporate/leadership hasn’t stepped in the figure out why this place is consistently so bad. I drive all the way out to cinday just to get our medications because this one is so bad.

Had an appt for a PCR test/covid test at 11am today. We arrived at 10:50 and a very rude pharmacy tech said they couldn't do the test because their equipment wasn't working !!! She also said that we should have gone through the drive thru because that is the only place the tests are done! They should have text or emailed that they COULDN'T KEEP THE APPT !!!! We actually received a text the day before saying " Do not forget your test appt"!!! There is no signage anywhere around the building that says go to drive thru!!! Will never go to this location again and suggest you don' t either, until they correct this sloppy way of doing business!!

Miranda the technician was absolutely the worst! She didn't remove the cardboard from the drive thru even though their lunch break was over. Waited for several minutes. She was also very rude when I asked how long it would take to order a medication she rolled her eyes before asking the pharmacist.

Worst CVS I have ever been too! Pharmacy never answers the phone. You will wait your whole lunch break in line to pick up your prescriptions. Their employees are hanging on the phone in the front of the store cursing at whoever they're speaking to on the phone all around all rude people horrible store.!!

Dr sent a prescription at 10am, I received an alert that CVS received it. The rest of the day passed with no alert that it was filled or that they ran out of the medicine I needed. My husband went to pick it up at 5pm, they said they were out. A text or phone call to notify me earlier in the day so I could try to get it filled somewhere else would have been helpful. If they can send a notice when the prescription has been received they should just as easily be able to send one indicating further action is needed or there's an issue.

They took forever to fill my prescriptions, and then only ended up having one of the two that I require, but I was not notified of such and then they were just assholes. very very unhelpful when i showed up and very rude in telling me they didn't have my inhaler. I had also called multiple times to check the status of my prescription that was taking so long and each time i was put on hold for 15+ minutes both times. and when I finally did go in to get my one prescription, I also needed to buy a thermometer so I walked up to the front counter and there were three employees around. they took five minutes to notice me, come, and ring me out. Grown Women too. Your conversation should not be more important than my business.

Run!!!!!!!! Don’t walk RUN away from this pharmacy!!!! I’d give this CVS location 0 stars if I could! They never have my meds ready on time and have randomly closed unannounced numerous times, which always seems to end up on weekends when I’m supposed to fill my meds, such as September 17 and 18, 2022!! Can’t transfer certain meds nor get your insurance to pay for it once they’ve “processed” your order. This pharmacy desperately needs new management!! They aren’t going to get any more of my business!!
