I get all my high quality makeup/perfume/face cleaners and serums ect from here. Its much closer to me than Sephora which would obviously be my usual fave spot.

Stopped driving through town early morning 5/26. Your employees were very vigilant and noticed someone lurking in the parking lot, came and found me to make sure my car was locked and walked outside with me to make sure everything went okay. I really appreciate their kindness and awareness

The front end customer service clerk Tiffany was extremely lacking in social refinement, and may apply to thought or behavior limited to the gross, the obvious, or the primitive. I went into the store as instructed per my pickup order. I clearly stated to Tiffany I was there for a pickup order. Gave my name. Tiffany then proceeded to smack her lips, roll her eyes, her body language became brutish. She then elevated her voice and proclaimed: "photo, *(something inaudible)*, pickup?" I said: yes, pickup. For (my full name).
Tiffany's head started to become harsh as well as her tone of voice when she started to babble about pickup, photo, and again ? ? I couldn't even understand what the 3rd option was supposed to be.
I clearly stated I had a pickup order. I never mentioned photo's. I even said if I was here for photo's wouldn't I be at the photo area? Tiffany said "This is All The Photo Area!" At which point I felt as though I had been belittled long enough. I pointed out to Tiffany she was being rude. Tiffany became even more uncouth. I did inform Tiffany I would infact be leaving a review of our encounter. To which Tiffany started to say a few words of Tiffany's choice at a level to which Tiffany thought I could not hear or Tiffany thought was mumbled.
I'm currently recovering from Bells Palsy. I am still on medication. As well as, I'm under Doctor care. My facial muscles are starting to work. I really hope Tiffany's lack of respect, impolite, and a bit offensive behavior wasn't because of my physical being. That would certainly be incomprehensible and definitely warrant a phone call with my attorney because Tiffany is the face of CVS after all. Tiffany is the only person I interacted with. In my opinion. Tiffany needs to be refreshed in what exactly it means to work as the face of CVS. Tiffany is the front end of a pharmacy/drug store. Some people may infact be dealing with some things Tiffany can not physically see. Others like myself should not be rudely treated because of a physical handicap. My handicap is temporary. Tiffany's incompetence of customer service I guess that's up to CVS and Tiffany.

Called to have them fill an antibiotic that was sent to CVS in the middle of the night by an urgent care, only to have this location's EXTREMELY rude pharmacist argue with me and say he will not fill it. This is the only 24 hour CVS pharmacy within 45 minutes of our home. When I asked why they can't fill it, he became even more argumentative and actually hung up on me. As a healthcare provider myself, I was left in shock. No wonder my patients tell me how much they hate CVS. Looks like we're switching to Walgreens again! Worst customer service you can imagine and when people's health is at stake it's unacceptable.

I live 5 minutes away. There was no line inside. Why did my visit yesterday to pick up READY medicine take an hour??
CVS, train your people! You have a foreign guy in your pharmacy whose name starts with an S. He disappeared with my insurance card. I don’t know why, my insurance has always been on file. He was gone at least 20 minutes before he even bothered to say he was having trouble. He kept saying he was new and was having trouble. There was 1 other counter worker, tall guy with ornaments in his beard. He wasn’t doing anything and didn’t bother helping this coworker, when he knew I’d been standing there for ages. The poor guy did finally get the help he needed to get me taken care of. I’m not mad at him. I’m mad at the coworker who let him struggle. I’m mad at whoever was supposed to make sure this guy was trained. It’s madness. A in and out visit should not have taken that long. It’s a hassle every time here though. However, this is definitely the most upsetting experience

I thought the Franklin location was bad , but somehow they've been topped. If you're gonna go to the pharmacy might as well do it on your day off . Take the kids and make a day of it , because It's gonna be a looooong time. Also , you ll probably need a another refill by the time you leave so you better grab 2 of whatever you're prescribed.

The pharmacy staff here are extremely rude and show disregard for their customers. It doesn't matter if it's a life saving medication they are in no hurry to fill it and it could take a literal week. This is a consistent issue for them at this location. They are not educated in their own field and are unable to tell you how to proceed when a prescription issue arises. I would not recommend if I could give them 0 stars I would. They should do better,

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive been going here for the past few weeks to pick up prescriptions for work. They are extremely rude. One of the pharmacy employees names is Melissa, she is the absolute worst. She actually tried to accuse me of doing something illegal even to get out of doing her job today. After she repeatedly told me they were short staffed (not my issue) and refused to look up the list of medication pick ups I was there to get. Sometimes it takes them days, or even weeks to fill prescriptions. Also several times they have billed insurance before the prescription is even ready for pick up, which makes it impossible to transfer. Calling corporate Monday. This lady alone is probably the reason they are understaffed and not even rated 3 stars. Thank god for cellphone’s and video.
