I will tell you Phuc is an awesome pharmacist and explains things thoroughly. The older women who work there are rude most of the time. I was out and about and didn't have one of my medications on me but knew it was due about this time. Whilst I was over running errands by CVS I called and asked if it was time to be refilled and the lady on the phone said "you know what? It's due when the bottle says" and then hung up on me. I was in disbelief. Such terrible customer service from the other staff. I am the reason they get paid. I changed pharmacies to Walgreens and they actually have some respect. I will say however the younger people there have great customer service. It's just the one older lady that made me take my business elsewhere. I take at least 10 different prescriptions or more. Their loss I suppose. If CVS doesn't take action against her, I will guarantee I'm not the only one working has taken my business elsewhere but, people will continue to do so because of her. If you use this pharmacy you know exactly who I'm talking about unfortunately.

Couldn't get the name of your tech working at the window, extremely rude and shouldn't be dealing with people. My mother just got out of the hospital, cancer patient and she was in tears with your behavior. I'll be changing her pharmacy and calling corporate.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They are supposed to be open til 9 and it's 8:17 and they are closed. And they are out of the medication I need. They need to be shut down.

I only do in-store shopping at CVS when it's combined with prescription medications and going to CVS to pick up prescriptions. Sometimes I pick up my prescriptions in the CVS pharmacy drive through. Inside CVS, the store does have a lot of what you can find in a grocery market which is convenient for one stop shopping. Above all, I have high regard for the primary pharmacists of at the CVS location I go to. Phuc and Jackie have been working in that pharmacy well over a decade I'm sure. I do ask the pharmacists for information about my medications. I recommend asking your pharmacists about medications, especially when it is a new prescription, or new dosage. I have sometimes learned more prescription facts from the pharmacisty than from the doctor who prescribed. It is common for some drugs to be prescribed to treat different conditions.

This store has went downhill quickly. The pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional! They have totally lost any type of customer service skills whatsoever. We need to all try and spend our money with a pharmacy that appreciates our business. Even if it inconvenience us this is the only way to teach these corporations that customer service is still one of the most important things a business offers.

After days of trying to get a prescription refilled, I finally reach someone. 10:15 in the morning I was told 2 hours. I got there 4 hours later. It was not done. I say there for a full 30 minutes while a dozen people got served. I spent 50 minutes waiting on staff to actually get to my prescription. The level of incompetence is staggering. The number of times I've run into problems because they don't communicate anything is ridiculous. Finding out that there is a problem with an Rx when you go to pick it up is far too late.I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive been a customer since the location opened its door!! The pharmacy staff is EXCELLENT, Both pharmacists Jackie and Phuc are amazing and very helpful as well as techs dont knw all names but Val and Jenny are two along w/2 other long term techs petite blonde w/longish hair and brown haired lady who's usually at consultation booth!! I just adore all the pharmacy staff!! Front of house too is amazing Im seeing alot of neg reviews for slow service, they are OVERWHELMED but Ive NEVER had a problem, they've always been courteous kind and FAST W/me..
