I hate to post bad reviews, but I got up and walked out this morning. The check in was incredibly slow. I was there when they opened at 7, and didn’t get called back until probably 7:15 or 7:20. Then the girl that was going to draw my blood seemed really inexperienced which made me uncomfortable. She put gloves on, and then proceeded to touch the computer mouse and sift through drawers for supplies, and didn’t change the gloves before she started to feel for a vein. She could not find a vein on me, and had the tourniquet on incredibly tight. I felt super uncomfortable so I got up and left. The Compunet at Atrium Medical Center got me on the first stick, no problem!

They let someone try to draw my blood who was not confident and didn't have enough experience to be working with patients yet. The first time she poked me she hit a nerve and I felt a shock in my wrist just below my thumb. She tried my other arm and couldn't find a vein. Luckily, she called in someone who found a vein right away. After the appointment I tried to call the office to ask if I should be concerned at the shock I felt but I kept getting their fax machine no matter what number I tried. Now I'm having occasional mild shocks in my left wrist. I filled out their survey to notify them of the problems I had but never heard back from them. I will not use this facility again.

The team here was great. There was a mixup with my lab order from the doctor’s office and Emily worked directly with them to help get it fixed and assisted them to get right script put into the system.I’ve been to the Middletown Loca many times and they’ve always been helpful and professional.

Got in and out quickly, staff was friendly, and the blood draw was quick and painless.

The ladies that were working today 6/24 at 9am were absolutely amazing! Professional, experienced and made me feel comfortable. I will not go to another lab.Highly recommend and commend each of them equally!!!!!!

This place literally never answers the phone when you are at location for appointment, then complains to you about it if time is pushed later due to them not answering phone and finally realizing you're there. Many times they'll just pass your car and ignore you.

Said no screening required, spent the time to set up the appointment. Then got messages in all caps telling me i needed a doctors order and that the cdc requires them. This is a downright lie. All you need to do is have symptoms otherwise how would there be drive up testing at Walgreens and pop up testing. I you decided to have a doctors order on your own then say your location is but don’t lie and never send a message in all caps that seems like it would be obvious. I can get a doctors order in 5 min because i am sick but i would not go to this place if they paid me

Friendly staff however both times I have been here has not been a pleasant experience. First time she put the tourniquet on so tight the blood wouldn’t come out until I asked her to remove it losen it up. The second time she missed my vein and literally started moving the needle around in my arm trying to hit the vein. Was only able to get half a vial and a few days later received a call stating I need to come in for a redraw. Not happy.

I just received a letter stating I owed them $837.00 in July 2017 and I have never been there or even heard of them!!!! Give them the worse rating possible!!!!

I've gone to this office many times. Never had a bad experience. Always had pleasant lab workers, receptionists, and low waiting times. And I have a brain disease called Moyamoya. So even when this disease has me a bit confused, the lab people never seem bothered or rude. They help me, and are patient.
