They suck my misses opened an account and they didn't look up the sign on bonus my service rep did and I'm trying to call them and it goes everywhere but where I want to go. Poor service.

Still in $1k of debt from where a banker here put me on a student credit card when I wasnt a student then lied about the apr/interest rates that he wouldn't answer my calls about and chase corporate just denies. Do not get your money tangled with these people, I'm now 25 withc credit I'm fixing thanks to them.

They do not answer the phone, tried calling hours apart and on different days. Extremely frustrating since they closed other branches and it’s now a 30+ minute drive.

Went to bank make credit card payment. Gave them my credit and debit card and I'd. Made payment they sent self back then said I never gave them my credit.. called me a Liar . They told me to drive around front after sitting in the line .. went to the front and parked and look around my car then the lady comes out with my credit in hand after her and the other person called me a last that I didn't give to them .. now chase is closing my my account because I was mad and cursed at her for it. I beforeEn chase 2010 will never bank there again do better

I have been trying for several months to get these fees to stop on my military account. Twice it was supposed to be corrected and I continue to get fees. I just went into the Middletown branch & spoke to Vibiah who was not helpful at all she was rude & did not make me feel like I was an important customer. She looked up my other accounts they were all marked military and instead of her changing the one that didn't get military she says I need to go back to the other branch that made the mistake. When all she had to do was call the other branch and verify what I'm saying. I asked her to please call them 3 times, & she refused saying that won't matter you will have to go there with your ID. REALLY? More and more that I come here I feel less appreciated. Seriously considering moving my business elsewhere.

Went to this bank 40 minutes before they closed and asked if I could open a checking account and was turned away because they were “about to close”. Terrible.
