This is not an actual full service bank and it would be helpful if there was more signage outside and online to make it more clear that most banking actions cannot be completed before wasting everyone's time going to this location thinking they are going to a bank.

Terrible. Not a bank! Every time i try to withdraw cash (3times in the past month) both atms outside can’t do anything, can’t accept cash, dispense, or anything. And i cant go inside either because they’re closed until 9! Basically, just holding my money hostage. With no way for me to get it.

Passive aggressive personnel. I was treated so nice in person, but over the phone the person who answered was incredibly rude.
