Rented a unit in 12/5 was told i had till the 5th of the month to pay. I started getting my stuff out of storage on 12/30 and left 8 items because i was told by the man in the office i had till the 5th of the month so i go back on the second of January and i am locked out. If i knew i had to have my stuff out on the first or pay for another month i would of gotten it all the same day. I call when im locked out and explain to a woman what happened and she laughs and says tou have to pay.another mobth to fet in to get the rest of your stuff. I was lied to in order for them to get two months put of me. Do not rent from this storage they lie to you then laugh when you have to pay again because of being lied to.

Good luck making Payment over the phone. The number is always busy, out of service, or you get voice mail. Getting my stuff moved asap. Slum lords. Keep your things, dont trust them EVER!

If your storage unit is getting auctioned off be sure to catch it up and then sue this company. They illegally search through your belongings and you should cash in on these dishonest crooks. Be sure to avoid their auctions if you are a buyer, complaints are being filed with the auction site against them. Now they are trying to claim that they are victims of some attempt to discredit them. The screenshots from the auction site that I included very clearly show containers were opened and things moved so there's no way to deny it.
