The boost mobil on Breiel is terrible, i was charged twice in the month of March: i paid in the store, and they took a payment from my credit card, when i wrote my credit card people about them i only got half of what they took; i later found out from my bank statement that they took 22 dollars, that i didn't owe them: my advise, stay away from Boost mobil.

Omar is rude! I almost switched the phone service I've had for 5 yrs. Someone needs to teach him customer service! If I see him on the street. I might teach him myself!

Awful, guy did not include my stylist with my phone and refused to give me one cause I had to wait to next day to let him know. I had got my phone right when he was closing so i had no choice but to wait. Accused me of lying very unprofessional

The guy was so rude. He didn’t want to help a new Boost customer. He told me to go across the street. The I went to the new Boost in Franklin that is run by Tonya and she had my new account set up in 15 minutes!! This location should be closed and is an embarrassment to Boost Mobile!

Made 3 trips to this store to get my brother a replacement phone the lady that works here doesn't know how to operate the system or the system is down. She always has an excuse as to why she can't help him. Then the lady will tell us the other guy is supposed to be here during posted business hours and he never shows, gives an excuse that he is coming from Cincinnati. Today we have been sitting in front of the store for almost 45 minutes and no one has showed. Poor service, poor customer care, and all around the worst store and group of employees in the area.
