I was suffering from excruciating tooth pain and decided to respond to Aspen Dental in Middletown, OH for some much needed relief. The staff were extremely nice, especially “Natalie”, who I believe went above and beyond to make sure I had a stress free experience. She made sure I was being taken care of while awaiting the dentist. Aspen Dental should feel very lucky to have such a friendly and helpful staff at the Middletown, OH location.

I haven't been to a dentist in over 15 years. The process was super easy, the staff was very friendly, and they do the best they can. Lets be real no one likes going to the dentist, but they were very comforting and very realistic about things that needed to be done. I'm very happy with my visit and hope you do too.

My experience at Aspen Dental was nothing short of a dental catastrophe. Picture this: mid-procedure, they suddenly slam on the breaks because they don’t have the patience to deal with my nervousness. It was crystal clear they were racing against the clock, treating my teeth with all the grace of a bull in a china shop.Their approach to numbing medication was akin to a blindfolded game of darts, with needles flying in every direction except the right one. And their claim of not having a certified anesthesiologist on staff? It's like saying you're a master chef when all you can cook is instant noodles.But hold on, it gets better. Their pricing was like a twisted game show – guess the down payment, win a surprise! Spoiler alert: the surprise was always confusion and frustration.They forced me to reschedule my appointment for a time when my teeth would probably throw a going-away party for themselves. And the new price tag? Three times the original, because apparently, they think dental work is a luxury vacation package.As if that weren't enough, they had the gall to force me into rescheduling my appointment for a whopping 30+ days later. Imagine my agony, with broken teeth dangling like loose change in my mouth while I waited for their next available slot.Oh, and they had the nerve to demand full payment upfront, as if they were selling concert tickets instead of conducting dental procedures.Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the toothache – steer clear of Aspen Dental. It's a dental disaster waiting to happen.

Wish I could give zero stars for my poor experience. I went in the dental office for an emergency tooth extraction, I didn’t have dental insurance at the time due to starting a new job. I was in the middle of procedure when they stopped and sent me home with a cracked tooth making the pain worse due to being 30 minutes before closing. Mind you I got there at 4pm. They close at 6pm. They already charged me $200 down payment to start and with the total being $700. After they stopped my procedure it was bumped it up to $1,300, because they stopped and needed to reschedule my appointment. I was told the first available appointment would be April 29th and that I’d have to pay in full for them to continue my procedure. So I ended up at emergency room hospital for a surgical removal. Very poor service. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Don’t go there!!

I’d give them a -10 if I could. Terrible terrible service. Dr Lu and staff are unprofessional. Tack on $ worth of services that you don’t even know about. Like a $300 electric toothbrush-$85 bottle of mouthwash. (Medicine:) ).They just want your money.When I changed dentists. They refused to give me my X-rays. After several months I went into the office and they made me copies of several X-rays that were blurry and not usable by the other doctor.Please think twice before making an appointment there.

Xray tech was amazing and super friendly, but I was told by the doctor with little information what he wanted to do but no why, then put in a room for 45 mins waiting for someone to talk to me about the plan I wanted to take. After waiting all that time I asked if I could just leave and they apologized and said they would call. That was 8 hours ago and I have yet to get a call. I got an email instead asking how I enjoyed my first visit. If it was for the gray tech this would have been less than a 2.

Awesome team! My bridge fell out over the weekend. Aspen Dental was able to fit me right in today and reattach it. Everyone that worked there was kind and considerate. Dentist was fantastic. They were really busy but the office still ran like a fine tuned machine. I finally found a dental office I like!

Very kind and thorough. Didn't make me feel bad for not keeping up with things in the past or being anxious, but congratulated me on taking the first step and carefully explained my recommended course of treatment going forward. Office was very clean and calming.

They scheduled an appointment at 11 and because they were running behind, they rushed through my boyfriend's appointment, not seeing him until almost 11:30. The dentist even admitted to rushing through the appointment so they could get to lunch on time. Because of that they misdiagnosed his oral problems and missed the infection that another dentist at another practice caught in time. I don't recommend coming here.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 5 years, so I was incredibly nervous about my first appointment. The consultation went so much better than I could’ve expected, I’ve got appointments throughout the month now for various things, and everyone so far has been amazing! I actually look forward to my appointments, and wish I’d booked sooner.
