Very shady. Many years ago purchased a fender. I returned to pick it up and was told that they found it to be in really bad shape. Instead they gave me a fender that was not a color or trim match. I should have declined but went ahead. When I walked out I saw the fender I purchased sitting on their delivery truck and was in great shape and exactly what I needed. Several years later I called about an engine. I was told the engine had 80k miles. I was able to get the vin after inspecting the engine and ran a carfax finding that it actually had around 300k.

Bought a starter from them and they would not take it back when will not give me my money back very very unfriendly basically they did not trust me and called me a liar

Good people here! Drove 3 hours to get a part from them that was hard to find. They took the time to communicate over two days and even took the initiative to call me back to confirm they put eyes on it. Part was as described at a fair price. Highly recommend.

One of their drivers was on I-75 SB heading towards Cincinnati and cut me off. Then the guy decided he would flip me off as if he didn’t have a care in the world for anyone’s safety or his own. Incident happened on 2/1/2023. State Highway Patrol have been notified and are looking into it along with dash cam video.

I had a wreck one or two days before Thanksgiving ?. However, Mike and his mechanic got all the parts I needed, fixed everything on my car and I literally got it back much sooner than expected with the holiday, as well as getting great work done. My car is driving great and it looks great!!! I'm very thankful for how they treated me as well as my vehicle. Thanks guys!!!???. You're the best! I recommend anyone needing parts or work they can do... should definitely go to Art's Parts in Middletown!???

Fantastic. I showed up needing a wheel rim and come away with my part and tire. they even put it on for me for a great price. Nice workers.Sent four hours the day prior working with dealership who refused to help me find the part I needed. I showed up and they job did it all in 30 min.Highly recommend!!!
