My mother in law was a resident at Arlington Pointe until she passed away at the hospital. The staff at Arlington is very caring and attentive. The nurses are experienced and compassionate. They provide a high level of care, not usually found at a nursing home.

I worked here for nine months they mistreat a residence. They don’t go to them when they call it goes off and when they do, they shove they call lights down in a chair where they can’t get to them they feed them all dirty dishes, and cold food, they cuss and yell at, them they dont their job up And it took me months to say something because I didn’t want to lose my job, but I finally did and I did end up losing my job for saying something. I’m reaching out to everyone to tell them do not They will mistreat them and do the bare minimum for them. They sleep at night on the couches when they post to be helping them the call lights goes off all night so I stood up and said something in a fire me so now I gotta find a new job for me standing up for people that can’t stand up for their selves.

I have worked here as an agency LPN and I felt I needed to post this review. I am very picky about the facilities I pick up at and work because I care about the elderly in general. while no place is perfec this place really impressed me. I found it to be very clean, a happy environment, organized for the most part, wonderful STNAs and nursing staff. Things getting done! If you have a loved one here please be rest assured that your loved one is being cared for. Very nice facility. I would work here full time it's that nice.

My mother, with multiple mental illnesses was at Arlington point for approximately a year and a half. There was a woman their name Robin (management ) my mother was a complainer. She’s always been a complainer. She has mental issues she kept telling this woman Robin she wanted to leave Robin came to me and said she was going to set my mother up for an interview to another place. I said absolutely not just ignore her, it means nothing a week later I get a phone call from this woman, Robin she tells me my mother will be out of there the next day at 1 o’clock. I had no authority no say so whatsoever. Her bed was never changed. I am the one that changed it. I do have an attorney. We are going down that road because we found out this woman was in the wrong. I would not put my dogs in Arlington point. what’s funny is the nursing home that my mother is in right now within the first two hours of her being there they immediately set up an appointment with a psychiatrist. They recognized the mental problem she had and they also are shocked about what Robin did. The new nursing home she’s in now had no idea that I was 100% against it. Robin forgot to mention that to them, so it’s up to you . If you choose to go there, good luck and God bless ??

My brother went here for rehab which he was not able to do. His experience was horrible. For the most part he was left to lie there unattended several hours each day. When his call button was pressed it took an hour for a response. This lack of attention led to at least two falls that we know about. His urostomy bag was improperly placed causing him to lie there soaked in urine for hours. He was eating very little but some days his food tray would be delivered and placed on the other side of his room away from his bed. I could not in good conscience ever allow a loved one to come to this facility

My great grandmother is in the rehab wing and the staff there are so rude. She has a colostomy bag that is to be checked every 2 hrs and they did not come in all day when I was there to check it and it was so full is was about to bust open. Secondly their house keeping is rude her bathroom was out of paper towels I had to ask 3 times before they came in to put some in and they are so snobby and rude it was ridiculous. The whole staffing is just ridiculous. I am a nursing and I can not stand to sit here and watch how bad they treat these residents. They are just there for the money. They have no care or sympathy for the residents. Leaving them in wet clothes if they had an accident or if they are hurting. It's sickening. Would not recommend due to the staff. The place itself is clean and big rooms but other than that nope.

My husband's "rehabilitation" at this facility was disappointing at best. The therapy was non-existant. What he needed, after two weeks of being bedridden in the hospital, was assistance with ambulation from PT. Instead, they chose to play a game of balloon pass with him. While some of their caregivers were very good, others were rude and impatient. When you have to ask for a nurse to check vitals and you bring attention to pitting in the legs of a patient with chf, it is outrageous! And 30-45 minutes is too long to wait for help getting to the toilet!!! The d.o.n. actually agreed with me when I told her, "It's all about the greenbacks, isn't it?"Do your loved one and yourself a favor and pass on this one!!!

Unfortunately, my father was unable to return home after a hospital stay. He has been at Arlington Pointe since April and the care has been great. Any questions I have are answered, they always call with any changes to his care, staff are always very kind and attentive! I would highly recommend Arlington Pointe

You never want your loved one to fall and break a hip but AP and it's staff made my moms time with them a caring one where she was treated with dignity and constant attention.Everyone from the receptionist to the hard working housekeepers were sweet and attentive to mom. Super clean, highly professional staff. Beautiful facility. Can' t say enough great things about them.

Just rescued my wife from their clutches. Kaylee (in Admissions) is perhaps the most incompetent person I've ever met. She had ONE JOB and still couldn't manage to pull it off. My wife is on Medicaid. Medicaid was all prepared to approve and pay for her stay, but first they needed Kaylee to send them a form with her admission date on it. After failing (refusing?) to send this form, and therefore NOT getting the necessary approval, Kaylee informs us that Medicaid refused to pay and promptly kicked her out.In addition to the cold food and inattentive, rude staff, inconsistent meds, locking keys in a medicine cabinet so people could not get their meds, and other such clusterf***ks, I don't think I could be persuaded to send my worst enemy there. I hope they are finally run out of business. But let's face it, their business model is to strip the last dollars from as many people as possible before they die. Nursing care, if any, is just an afterthought.

Sent my mom here for rehab after a fall and that was a huge mistake. The staff here is lazy, inattentive, and don’t even follow their own covid protocols. My mom was sicker when she left here then when she arrived. They allowed her to catch covid and then ceased her therapy. they cared more about their staff catching covid than their own patients getting it. Their lack of care left her dehydrated and she had to be hospitalized. Nursing staff is a complete joke, and so is their so called “therapy”. Nobody would even call me back to advise on her progress. Do not send your loved ones here!

My husband is a patient at Arlington Point. We are very pleased with the whole place. His room is beautiful. The facility is clean and modern. The nurses and staff are great. Physical therapy and occupational therapy are excellent. Even the maintenance workers are great. My husband is thrilled that he can get the Encore Western channel on the big flat screen television in the room! A+
