I am the current manager of Afortress Store and Lock. We have a clean place for you to store your things.
To Mr Mauer you signed a lease on 8/1/2023. After 5 days of your payment it's my job to overlock your unit. Which is what I did my job. You sent your payment by mail. So, you was locked out of your unit for non payment and I went in on my day off and unlocked your unit. Most people would be grateful but instead you left a bad review on Google. Thank you for being a past customer.

While the price is really cheap, the people running it are wonderful. They made the process of getting the storage unit very easy and answered my questions really well! The guy working there even help me get my stuff from the car into my storage unit. I 100% recommend this place.

Pam the manager is rude and disrespectful. I sent a money order but she locked me out of my unit. I am being robbed of $500 of camping gear and fishing equipment. People live on the property running machines and storing gasoline and unsafe liquids. The units and fencing is in poor disrepair.

Does anyone still answer the phone I love out of state. Can't get a hold of anyone to discuss our unit. We have been calling for over a week now. We are afraid that our unit has been cancelled!!!!!!!! Any help ???
