My wife got an alignment for $120. Gave no alignment report, and wanted her to bring the car back for a few hours more to rotate the tires and change some belt.... (why not rotate and balance before or at least suggest it first?) When my wife got home I called Mike to find out if I could get the report to see how much they moved the tires (toe or camber) they said they can't print the report anymore, so I don't even know if they did the work. I am being told "it might still pull to the right until you get it balanced and rotated" but how can I know if that is the issue and it didn't need aligned before without the report? They are tring to make it right saying they will "put it back on the rack" but if they aligned it right it will just show a report as fixed and not what they did. Also, they said they will balance and rotate it for free if I bring it back, but I don't trust them to do anything now. I feel they tried to deceive my wife when she was alone.
