Very helpful and tolerant of Jim and my antics. They were willing to laugh along with us, which I alway appreciate. I feel they went out of their way to help us. Fully staffed on Friday.

Don’t waste your time going to this branch. The people working here are some of the most incompetent I’ve ever seen in my 15 years of banking with Huntington. Customer service is also non-existent at this branch.

The people who work here are the most unhelpful bunch that you could ever hope to come across. Have been a Huntington customer for over 15 years, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such sheer incompetence. Don't waste your time here, go to the branch in Chardon.
